Ride your bicycles right in and out of our street level secure basement entry. This area has dedicated outlets for ebike charging, washer and dryer, extra refrigerator/freezer and storage. First level has a living area with balcony that looks over Elmwood Street and Parkway Ave. Beautiful kitchen, dining room, bathroom with walk in shower and queen bedroom. Access to beautiful courtyard with outdoor dining and grill.
