Stayed Mar 22, 2023This house was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the spaciousness of it which allowed us to spread out and come together as we wanted. I had to bake a my nephew’s wedding cake while I was there and the 2 ovens allowed me to do that in record time and still have time to enjoy the area. Their wedding venue was right next door so that was a total plus! This was our first visit to the OBX and I look forward to returning someday. The only complaint I had was that the low bandwidth sometimes made watching tv a little challenging. We never got the big screen tv on the middle level to work until we logged back into the Wi-Fi a few times. Also the tv’s in the 2 bedrooms on the lower level should be a bit bigger. All in all we were satisfied.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had a great time, beautiful house, nice pool, could use some additional chairs in the pool area. Had a problem with some of the doors not locking correctly. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and the house was great!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House is beautiful and offers a lot of space inside and privacy outside. Unfortunately we walked into the house with A LOT of issues. Fridge didn’t work, broken bed, leaking washer, broken closet door to name a few. Village realty was great at getting these things taken care of as soon as possible but still was an annoyance to have to deal with. Especially the fridge not working. However our overall stay was awesome!
