Home was well appointed and clean. Host was very helpful and timely in trying to get the TV's working - not being a streamer, the process was new and frustrating.Enjoyed our stay - second time in this property.

This house was perfect for a cozy fall getaway with friends. The kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked a lot!) and the large windows provided a beautiful backdrop for hours of card games and movie watching on the big comfy couches. Truly a five star stay!

Enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for everyone to relax & have their own private space & bathroom. Kitchen offered everything you would need. Although we only utilized the pool table, there were lots of choices for games & activities for all ages. Would stay again.

The home was very clean and beautiful. There were many great views in the mountains. Nathan and Kelly were very helpful with setting up tee times and getting pool passes. The resort has a few restaurants that were close and delicious. Wasn't chilly enough to use the fireplace but it did look inviting.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our four day stay! We were celebrating three family birthdays and found the home welcoming, comfortable, and filled with everything needed for cooking, entertainment, and a memorable vacation at Wintergreen. This annual family trip was even better than we imagined! We would return in a flash no matter the time of year. The house, resort, and surrounding areas have so much to offer and everyone in our family, of all ages, had a blast. The house was definitely bespoke, the kitchen well-supplied, and all rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Nephew and niece were especially impressed with the basement offerings. Winter Storm Kingston caused some emergency panic about accessibility and snow removal, but Nathan responded immediately to all of my concerns. He even offered to let us check in earlier - and even the night before! - to be safe. The snow was gorgeous (especially looking outside through the giant windows in the warm family room with a fire crackling) and made for excellent snow tubing. (We are not skiers, but the slopes looked terrific from what we could see.) If you have any doubts about booking Wintergreen Retreat, ignore them - you won't regret it!

The house was superior! The house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, watch football, play pool and hit the slopes. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and updated. In fact the whole house was updated and in superior condition. Beautiful home!

Title says it all, really! The house was awesome, very cozy main floor and fun basement with video games & pool. Add on to that a generous & communicative host and it’s easy to see why this place is a 10/10

From booking to checkout this was an exceptional experience with VRBO. Nathan was more than accommodating and made himself available prior to our arrival and during for any last minute questions. It was a pristine environment for relaxation, family time, and comfort. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back!

We absolutely love this home! This is our 4th time staying and our oldest granddaughter who is 5 thinks it’s her uncle Tyler’s house so that’s what we call it! Some day she’ll learn the truth but for now it’s Tyler’s House. So well equipped and functional warm and cozy! Our favorite time to visit is probably October but would love to be there for a good snow too!

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. Everything about it is perfect. Plenty of room for all of us. The weather was beautiful during the day and cool enough at night that we were able to enjoy that fireplace. And the only thing that kitchen is missing is a chef!! We will definitely be back next year!!

Have stayed in multiple units over the years and never had a unit as clean and well equipped as Wintergreen Retreat. Will definitely be trying to rent it on our return trips if it is available. For reference purposes my wife should be the white glove Sargent in the Marines for testing dirt, and she is ready to rent again.

It was great and truly relaxing, we spent most of our time on the deck. It is like a tree house in the midst of the forest. The house was laid out really well. My husband and I had the top floor with the Master Bath which was quiet when we went to bed. The others could stay up as late as they wanted without bothering us. The kitchen was really well equipped, it had everything we needed and more. It was squeaky clean when we arrived. The lower floor was great for my 3 grown Grandsons. The huge TV where we watched movies as a family., the video games and the pool table kept us all busy. We usually gathered there in the evening for games etc. Only one drawback for our family, the twin beds were too small for my 3 grandsons who are 6'3, 6'4and 6'5.But would be great for younger, smaller kids.They ended up sleeping on the couchs which were quite comfortable. We would definitely rent this place again.

What a lovely, beautiful home! It perfectly suited our needs for 35+ year old close friends and my two young children to catch-up, reminisce, and spend some quality time. My daughter particularly loved the video games and super comfy couch! Despite the rain and hurricane, we all snuggled up and had a fantastic time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
