Wintergreen Resort Home w/ 2 Decks + Ski Access!

The property was clean, nicely decorated, well-maintained and the owners were communicative and accesisible. It was a great stay.

Front windows were so drafty. Whatever heat we had just went right out the front windows. Heater in the second floor bedroom made a clanking noise making sleep difficult.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home in Wintergreen. The house is nicely decorated and in a beautiful location. We visited for a ski weekend and really enjoyed being able to ski-in and ski-out of this location. The separate living spaces were an added bonus as we were a larger group, these separate spaces gave everyone space to spread out.We would definitely stay again.

Home was very welcoming and accurate to listing. Kitchen is stocked with utensils and cookware. Bring your own towels if you like more than one per person.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at this house, which was very spacious and comfortable for the four of us (two adults and two kids). The location is great- close to the resort, fun hiking trails, and breweries/cideries.

We loved the personal touches and the host's sense of whimsy. This sweet mountain home was the perfect getaway for a few ladies taking a break from mid-life crises. We loved the book selection in the den's library, the fresh May air coming through the sliding doors off the decks, the copious ferns and the blooming rhododendrons in the yard. If possible, I'd love to stay here again for an arts retreat with fellow creatives.

My party was 4 women over 50. Longtime friends and we had the best time Thank you for sharing your home.

House is cute. Beds just ok. Layout a little odd. TV with kind of a wet bar on bottom level. No TV on main level where kitchen is located. It was Super Bowl weekend so to watch and have food appetizers had to carry everything downstairs. If you are experienced skiers can walk out to slopes. Not that close to the main lodge for little ones in ski school and such. It was adequate but not totally convenient

This was our second stay here, and, again, it was the perfect house with the perfect location. The weather wasn't all that great for skiing, but luckily it had been the weeks leading up to our stay so there was plenty of skiing to be done. The house has all of the amenities you can think of. It is well stocked and comfortable.

The property location was great. In the heart of wintergreen with great views. The firplace on back deck was a great addition so we could enjoy evenings outside. My only complaint was the bed. It lists as queen and was not, and was also very wore out and in need of replacing. The bathrooms are a little tight and the toilet is low. If you are not a small person, it's a little cramped in there. The place wasn't dirty but could use a heavy dusting all over. Overall a nice little sopt on the mountain. aneedyour sleepi pRyner

Reallly nice place, great location with beautiful views, walking, hiking. Bathrooms are very small, not a problem but don't be surprised.

Hassle free

The home is eclectic, pictures were better on- line than in person. When we arrived there were items that fell off fire place, i emailed a picture to their local contact for their out of state property management. Took 3 days for response, i also emailed and asked questions regarding what to do with used towels prior to check out received NO response, TV remotes, one's batteries were dead no replacements to be found, no kitchen trash bags, we bought some. Saw a firepit, can renters use it? My biggest issue is i have owned at Wintergreen and had huge success with local property managementand VRBO I would love to give owners some genuine feedback as to why my rating is vey low. The home has some cute features, but with better management checking items in home for renters use & communication i would give higher remarks. Not receiving timely communication was frustrating the entire weekend. Luckily we only slept there and stayed busy with local activities. Would not be staying there again.

The property is Overall OK. However there needs to be more emphasis on the amount of Steps in this house. Also, the Bathrooms left a lot to be desired. Very Very Small for the size of house this was. In the downstairs bathroom you could not sit on the commode without the toilet paper holder sticking in your side. Need a TV on the main level floor. The layout of furniture in the down stairs floor needs some work. Very uncomfortable to watch simple TV.
