Winter rate/ heated pool at Mint Julep....Mint Julep on beautiful Saint Simons Island- sleeps 12

The mint julep is my new home away from home! This house is adorable, clean and modernized. Very comfy and lovely! The yard and pool are amazing and proximity to all island amenities! We will be back!

Very nice house, well renovated, decently appointed kitchen. “Hotel” next door playing pool music in the afternoons is mildly annoying. Fabulous location, very walkable. We love the area, and the giant live oak in the back yard is simply stunning! Our frisbee-chasing border collie (Beckett) LOVED the Astro turf back yard. We liked the fire table (Beckett not so much).

This was our second time staying at the Mint Julep and it was just as great as the first! Great, walkable, location and great home to enjoy our time in SSI. We’ll certainly be back again!

Beautiful property! Communication with the host was great! Loved the back yard pool area, and that the entire back yard was fenced. This allowed our dogs to enjoy vacation as well. The home is well stocked from the kitchen to items for you to enjoy on the beach. Beds were so comfortable! Location cannot be beat! You are a short walk to the village/pier area. We will definitely stay again at Mint Julep!

Our family was visiting a college friend & turned the trip into a beach vacation. The house was super stylish & trendy decor. The pool was perfect & best spot to cool off from the heat. Location is so close to the village. We enjoyed walking for meals, ice cream, & shopping. Walkable distance to the pier. Recommend driving or renting a golf cart to get to the beaches. Public parking is available for both. We hope to come back again & look forward to staying at Mint Julep!

Everything was absolutely perfect for our get away. The house is very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there and we for sure will be returning time and time again

Home was even better than the pictures. Spacious and the backyard was great. Pool was very clean and stayed warm throughout the trip. Location was literally right next to the village. Made it easy to walk to plenty of shoppes and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to a very quiet beach. Jessica is a great host and we’d love to stay there again!

Upon first entry of the home we could tell the house was well maintained and decorated elegantly . The large windows on the back of the house allow you to see all the way through to the amazing backyard. A screened in porch served as a transition between the home and backyard which offered a peaceful relaxation. The backyard is one that can be enjoyed at all hours of the day. The new addition of the grilling area is amazing. Our kids loved being able to have a movie playing while also swimming in the pool. The inside of the house was really well designed. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need. The bedrooms were comfortable and our kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room. The location of the Mint Julep is also perfect offering easy walking distance to the shops/restaurants and the pier. Public beach access was also not far away with a short drive in the car or even accessible by golf cart. Overall, we highly recommend the Mint Julep when staying in St Simons as it offers so much for a wonderful vacation.
