Stayed Apr 23, 2025Can't beat the views at this location. The house is terrific for a family vacation. Even though there are parts of the house that need maintenance, we were able to work around those areas to not let it impact our vacation. Overall, the amenities of the home were excellent. I would book this location again, but if maintenance is not addressed, it will eventually impact the guests in a bigger way. We were able to take advantage of some of the free activities which were nice as well.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025The Lakota Dreamcatcher Luxury Villa 510 was the perfect place and location for our work celebration of exceeding goals in 2024. The house is absolutely gorgeous, offering incredible views of the mountains and Winter Park slopes. The layout was ideal—perfect not only for a business gathering but also for a family getaway. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the home had all the essential needs plus unexpected amenities that added to the experience. We truly appreciated the hospitality touches, from the welcome goodies—granola bars, chocolates, and coffee—to the variety of games available, including a poker table and a great selection of books. Communication with the management company was seamless and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cost was reasonable for such a luxurious experience, and the only downside was how difficult it was to leave such a wonderful home. This is definitely a place to return to, and we highly recommend it!

Stayed Jan 6, 2025We just returned from our first time Winter Park vacation and had an amazing time!! This home was very comfortable and has tons of space for a large group...bedrooms, bathrooms, and hang out spaces. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the dishes and gadgets you'd ever need. The best part of the home though is that amazing view of the Winter Park Resort slopes from the dining room windows!! It's beautiful during the day and night, so fun to watch the skiers during the day as well as the snowcats at night. The game tables are perfect downstairs and the hot tub is private, has great views, and is incredible to be in as it snows! We hope to return soon!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This villa by far exceeded all expectations! The views alone are STUNNING and the first time we booked a rental in Winter Park! This was the best stocked home our family of fifteen has ever experienced in the past seven years of renting a place annually in the mountains for a weekend of fun! The main kitchen has everything you can imagine you would need for meal preparations from seasoning, spices, cooking oils, fully stocked dishes, utensils, air fryer, and the list goes on! We loved the two dishwashers in the main kitchen and used both everyday with our group of fifteen. We would rent this home again and Winter Park Escapes customer service support and ease of booking was exceptional!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The stay was perfect, exactly what was in the photos. Any issues we had were resolved instantly. The only knock is there is not much to do around town at this time, most of the attractions were closed.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Highly recommend this house. Only frustration was the lack of communication regarding early checkin. I’d asked the week prior to my stay and was told to ask the day before. Again, reached out the day before my stay and they said try again tomorrow. I tried the day of check in and they said they weren’t sure. It would have been nice to get yes or no. Regardless, the home was stunning and easily fit my family + friends in town attending a wedding.
