Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance.     This condo is seconds from the Winter Park base and has a great view of the mountain. Overall the unit is well kept, however the tile and grout in both showers are in poor shape and there is black mold in each. Also, the pantry is locked off which caused us to store our food for the week out on the already limited counter space. I understand the need for a lock off, but the pantry? Overall the stay was good and we would return.
