Winter getaway, come escape with a pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful rental. The outdoor patio, heated pool, and grill were excellent, and the amenities made for a very comfortable experience. We appreciated the close proximity to town while still enjoying privacy in a quiet neighborhood. The location is outstanding, and we highly recommend both the property and the area.

We had a great stay at this Fountain Hills property. The heated pool was a nice perk and made for some relaxing afternoons. The home was clean and well-kept, with lovely views. The neighborhood was quiet, which we appreciated, and the beds were comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a solid rental and we’d consider staying here again.

The property far exceeded our expectations in comfort and amenities provided. The house was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped allowing for ease of preparing breakfast to begin our day. We returned to the property in time to enjoy the cool evenings on the patio, kept warm utilizing the outdoor heater. We enjoyed dipping our toes in the heated pool but were too busy with other activities to take full advantage. The property is conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants and there seem to be a lot of activities on weekends all around Fountain Hills. We look forward to returning to this property next year if availability meshes with our travel plans!

Great location, peaceful and comfortable for all the guests, nice open floor plan with 4 bedrooms. Close to shopping and decent restaurants. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. Would recommend!
