Truly the best! It is more than enough room for a 2 person stay, much bigger than your typical hotel stay and it is beautiful. Clean, comfortable, and weeks later, my fiancé and I still talk about how much we loved our stay and how we can’t wait to go back. Amenities were very generous, and it is a great spot in Spokane, relatively close to city life, the perfect spot where it’s not loud but convenient to get to the city. Can’t wait to return to our new favorite vacation spot.

Very enjoyable 4 night stay. Our host Jessica was a great! She got back to us quickly on a couple of questions. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Nice shower, living room, and comfy bed. We like the Balboa neighborhood / Indian Trails community.

Very convenient to almost everywhere in Spokane. Very nicely decorated and meticulously clean. The managers are very pleasant and very quick to respond. Just be aware the steps are fairly steep for anyone who might have physical limitations.

Felt like we were guests in the home. Loved the personal touches and very much looking forward to our upcoming stay here again in September

This is a beautiful, spacious place with separate sleeping spaces. Bed in 1 room & pull out couch in another. Kitchen, table, & desk in another area. The small fridge/freezer was very convenient. The place was a bit large was for one person but I did enjoy. It can be a chilly inside as it is subterranean, so bring something warm. Its clean, organized, & more than everything you need to feel like home. Neighborhood is safe. My only reason for 4 stars on location is the walk from sidewalk to front gate is very dark at night. If I had traveled with someone I would have felt better walking up to the gate at night. Host was quickly responsive with questions.

We had a wonderful stay here. First four days where two of us. Then myself seven days. Very clean, well stocked, pleasant neighborhood. This is our second time staying here. My husband and I again enjoyed our time here. Host communicated well with easy to follow directions. Neighborhood is lovely. Nice location close to 291 (Francis Ave).

Great spot for our weekend getaway for some college basketball. Restful and peaceful

Very spacious, clean and excellent!

Space was immaculate. Worked perfect for my wife and I as we visited family in the area. Basically used it for sleeping and showering but there were other amenities.

Cozy apartment in nice neighborhood. My hubbie and I had a wonderful 3 night stay. Kitchenette had nice microwave, toaster, and Keurig that we put to use. Would stay here again. Definitely recommend.

This suite was the perfect place for our one night stay in Spokane. We were in town for a concert and the location was very convenient to the arena. Clean, safe and quiet. Would highly recommended!
