WINN38 - Quiet Location w/ Wrap Around Deck, AC, Private Hot Tub

All communication was great. We had a lovely weekend. The home was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and made good use of the full kitchen. The wrap-around deck would be awesome for summer stays, but since it's February and cold out, we did not use it. There are a few drawbacks I think would probably keep us from going back to this particular home. There are very few modern updates to this home. The kitchen's major appliances are excellent. But everything else is pretty old. The television did not have any smart options - just regular old cable, so we couldn't log into Netflix or Hulu or anything. We couldn't connect to the sound system because it is so old that it doesn't support Bluetooth. The upstairs floor is a problem. It creeks so loudly that anyone walking around at night wakes the whole house. The flooring is not level at all - it seems like it has warped significantly. That's the main issue that would keep us from going back. They did have a lot of games, are pet-friendly, and the house is in a cool location - away from the busy village area. This is the second time recently that we've stayed with this property management company. They do a good job, try to accommodate us as they are able, etc.

Had a wonderful time. Great house! Check in is 5pm though, which is fairly late. Wish it was earlier.

Great family vacation home. Very clean and neat. Only drawback was there were not enough supples...such as TP, dish soap, dishwasher soap.

Great house and neighborhood. Difficult to locate for us in that Google could only take us to 26 Winners. The house numbering along the Winner's circle street can be confusing and the map on the website is not accurate.

Great property, well maintained and convenient location for Bend weekend. All the little details were well thought through and very accommodating!

Stayed here for Christmas, less than ten minutes from Sunriver activities and a nice property!

Everything about the property is exceptional

The home was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed the layout of the home and the rooms were perfect for us. Some of the mattresses are not flat and are very warn out. Also we found mouse droppings in the garage. It maybe should be addressed. We had part of our family staying around the corner and the area was perfect for our younger children to ride the circle on their bikes. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice older home (no a/c) that is spacious and has a hot tub, bikes and ping-pong table. My only real compliant is that the mattress in the master bedroom is absolutely worn out, there are two craters where people have slept three feet apart. One could call this The Birth Control Mattress. Dish washer controls needs a definitive “touch”.
