Perched on a hill surrounded by 15 acres of vineyards, this 3BR/2.5BA home offers the ultimate vacation for wine enthusiasts. Stunning interior design elements include vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace. Spread out between two living areas and an incredible patio with eye-popping views of wine country.

Enjoy a memorable day wine tasting in the Paso Robles area or cruise less than an hour and splash in the surf at numerous beaches on the Pacific Coast.

LIVING AREA

After a fun-filled day of explorations, relax on the sectional and enjoy the warm ambiance of a double-sided fireplace.

Unwind on two sofas in the second living room and watch a movie on the 40in TV. This living area also has access to the flickering fire.

An office is tucked away off the primary bedroom and has a sofa and desk.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create sumptuous meals in the spacious kitchen, outfitted with a four-seat island and stainless steel appliances. An adjacent dry bar features a wine fridge. Enjoy appetizers at the four-seat kitchen table, then gather for home-cooked meals at the dining room table set for six.

BED & BATH

Rest comfortably on a king bed in the primary bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom that has a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features two twin beds, while the third guest room provides a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located near the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA

Dine alfresco at the six-seat table on the covered patio and take in panoramic vineyard views. Soak up the sun or play outdoor games in the backyard.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and solar-powered air-conditioning are provided. Please note that the internet may not be high-speed or reliable for remote work as it is at times affected by the ruralness of the area.

Parking for four vehicles in the driveway. Access to the home is via a smooth dirt road that is easily passible by any passenger vehicle.

Your rental is situated on an active artisanal vineyard with grapes including Zinfandel, Barbera, and Petite Syrah.

Wine tasting at Buena Vista, Caperone, and Rabbit Ridge are all within walking distance from your home.

Drive approximately 7 miles to downtown Paso Robles, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, delis, bakeries, cafes, and wine tasting rooms. Meander the quaint streets while discovering boutiques, antique stores, and art galleries.

Spend a day frolicking at the coast; drive less than an hour to Santa Rosa Creek Beach, Cayucos State Beach, or Morro Rock Beach.

    Location ok. House was clean. We have left. Disappointed that primary bathroom fan non operable, ceiling fan in primary bedroom very noisy & needs maintenance. Kitchen had empty salt shakers, no coffee grounds and cheap coffee pot that broke due existing cracks. Dirt road access with lots of pot holes

    Absolutely gorgeous views! The first evening on our way up to the house we had seen a large Elk his antlers were broad and large, there had to be maybe 7 or 8 other elks there but only the one with the antlers. What a great surprise!!

    A little difficult to find late at night when it is dark but only because Google maps is incorrect. Overall great place, clean and tidy too. Definitely will consider coming back again. Perhaps internet connection could be better but not sure if much can be done in this remote location.

    It started when we arrived around 8 pm. Trash cans turned upside down in the driveway. It looked like we were entering a war zone. Then we got to the front door and the entry code didn’t work. So we used the backup method with the lockbox and that code didn’t work either. We tried calling with no answer, so we tried the text method and still no response. Until 5:30 am the next morning. We finally made it into the house and we had to sleep in our clothes because it took hours to get the heater to sufficiently warm the house. The house had no extra blankets to help us get warm. Then while showering, if anyone turned on any other water in the house the shower would either scald you with hot water or Freese you with cold water. We finally got the proper code sound 10 am the following morning after multiple phone calls and texts with horrible communication throughout and no sincere apologies for the horrible experience. I’ve never had such an incompetent group of people trying to help us and I’ve never had to leave such a bad review. All in all it was a complete failure.

    It’s a very spacious clean house with nice views located in a wonderfully secluded area of Paso Robles. Unfortunately due to the strong winds and rain there was power outage on one of the nights during out stay, so it will be great to have some emergency lights added to the amenities. Overall nice, quiet and highly recommend it!
