Wine Down Farmhaus — Private Pool, Sleeps 12, Outdoor Living

The location was perfect. The house was very well kept, extremely comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Vivian and her family thought of everything that was needed to make our stay pleasant. She was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Wonderful memories were created and we plan on returning in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Fredericksburg. We visited with two families plus grandparents, and it was the perfect setup for a multigenerational trip.The home had every amenity we could have asked for — from pool floats and children’s dinnerware to toys, games, and so much more. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention to detail went into the design and setup of the house. It felt both stylish and incredibly family-friendly.The location was perfect for exploring Fredericksburg, and the host, Vivian, was fantastic to work with — very responsive both before our arrival and throughout our stay. Any question we had was answered quickly. Overall, the home truly offered everything we needed to make our family trip special, comfortable, and easy. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families or groups.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. We had a girls weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. It was too wet and cold for the pool and hot tub, but we hope to go back and give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Vivian the Farmhouse was wonderful! It had everything we needed for our girls trip. Truly loved the outdoor setting and the option to have a chef come cook for us one evening! Thank you again for allowing us to check in early. Will definitely keep you in mind next time we come to Fredericksburg.

This property is absolutely beautiful. We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host is extremely responsive and also very nice. We didn’t have any problems during our stay but I needed help with a hot tub question and the host immediately answered. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything we could possibly need. There were lots of towels for the hot tub. It was an easy, fun, relaxing weekend with friends. I would love to stay again.

This home is beautiful and designed well to accommodate a group stay with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Dream backyard was excellent for peaceful relaxation, games and fireside chats. The hosts are very accessible and informative to ensure the stay is memorable and enjoyed by all. One note is to be mindful caring for the unique stone island and marble breakfast table. Loved this venue.

This is a lovely and well designed property. Very much enjoyed the openness of the home and well thought out floor plans. The owner and property manager were both helpful and responsive.

This home was absolutely gorgeous and perfect location! The large dining space, hot tub, and kitchen were some of our favorite spaces. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful and pristine. Highly recommend staying here!

Best VRBO in Fredericksburg!

The host responded quickly to any questions during our stay. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the living space optimal for multiple couples staying together. Most of our time at the house was spent outdoors because it was our favorite feature. From the pool to the outdoor lounge area (exactly as pictured). If we find ourselves returning to Fredericksburg we will definitely stay here again.

House is as described. All the little things have been thought about. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is very close to downtown / main street.

We had the best time at the Wine Down Farmhaus! Everything was very clean and accommodating. We had young children with us and it was very family friendly (gates on the stairs, etc). We appreciated the many thoughtful touches and the quick and helpful communication from the host. We would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at the Winedown Farmhouse! We had our annual Mahjong girls getaway here and cannot say enough good things. The house is exactly as pictured and described. From the expansive kitchen that is well equipped to the beautiful bedrooms and backyard, you cannot go wrong staying here! Highly Recommend. Vivian was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nothing about this house dissappointed us. The house itself is gorgeous, well made and just amazing. Interior doors are all solid core for noise reduction, all rooms had blackout blinds which was amazing. The whole house is managed by an app, pool temp, hot tub temp, built-in speakers can be connected to from app and your music sources. House was very well stocked with nice dishes, glass wear, etc. I've rented many vacation homes on VRBO and this is probably the best we've stayed at. And we've stayed at other nice ones as well. House is 1.5 blocks off main on the west end.Owners/managers were very attentive and answered any questions - even though all the data was in their guide in the house. I missed it because friends took over and handled everything for me. We got married there, had only 10 of us and it was perfection!

I booked this property for a getaway for our small office family. I chose this house for the outdoor space incase the weather did not cooperate. The home owner helped me get in touch with a local chef who came in and cooked us dinner. The house is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We got some firewood and really enjoyed the outdoor space. I would definitely go back.
