We loved Wine Down! Great location on the Cape, private, clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beaches and the state park. Perfect for a large family and especially if you are bringing your boat and a few cars.

We loved this property so much we already reserved it for next year! Perfect for 2 families traveling together-we had plenty of space. Kitchen was very well stocked. We loved riding our bikes to the beach and to the Trading Post and Scallop Cove. The only thing we can think of to improve it would be adding a hot tub.

We had a fantastic vacation at Wine Down. The house was amazing. Description and photos are accurate. Beds were comfortable, house was well stocked with kitchen gadgets and appliances. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out, or gather together. We enjoyed the pool and are glad we paid the extra cost to have it heated. The location was perfect for us; short walk to the beach and bay, but not too close to neighbors. There really are too many positives to list. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay. Highly recommend you bring your family and friends for a visit to the Cape and Wine Down.

It was spotless and had everything we needed, including an elevator for our aging dog and our aging knees! Plenty of everything you'll need, a great kitchen and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were beautiful but I would love a hand held shower in the one's with just the rain shower. But maybe the best thing about our stay was the rental service itself. Cape and Coast was by far the best rental company we have used - and this is our 11th year renting a house at the Cape. Always pleasant and professional, they were on top of everything and were super fast in responding to a small problem we had. Great company!

We love the house. Had everything we needed In the kitchen to make Thanksgiving dinner. The kids loved the pool. We had it heated and water temperature was perfect. Would rent again.
