The house was great! It had absolutely every kitchen utensil needed. The dock was great and the outdoor patios were great for sitting outside. Our extended family of 8 loved pur stay here.

This home was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped. The owners have thought of everything. The layout of the house is perfect for families, the upstairs was especially nice for our adult children (and spouse) to have their own space. One of my favorite things was the large, screened porch - loved sitting out there having coffee and watching the sunrise! The dock was especially nice for fishing and accessing our kayaks/boats. The bay has a little bit of a beach at low tide and our dogs loved swimming there. We lacked for nothing - and Cape and Coast knocked it out of the park (again) with quick response to any questions or needs we had. We have rented homes managed by them for the past 10 years and they never disappoint.

Baycation is a wonderful property. Everything you would need, and more, for a wonderful vacation. The property is extremely well looked after, modern and very clean. Unfortunately we had to move properties due to an electrical problem, but hope to be back.

Baycation is the most well-equipped, clean and beautiful VRBO property we have ever booked for a vacation! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect. We were intrigued by all the wildlife we saw in the bay - sea turtles, dolphins, hermit crabs, blue crabs, clams with irridescent blue eyes, fish, stingrays, interesting birds, and much more. When we wanted to see the ocean and be on the beach, it was just a short walk across the street. I have already recommended Baycation to several friends who are interested in a Florida vacation away from the usual beach crowds. We will definitely return to this property!

We not only felt at home, we feel inspired to add some of their beautiful decor and smart organizational choices to our own home! The location is wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast watching the sunrise over the bay and cocktails at day’s end watching the sunset over the ocean. The beaches are pristine! Seashells and starfish adorn seemingly endless miles of powdery sand. We already miss Baycation so much we’re planning our return visit.

Baycation is in my experience the MOST INCREDIBLE home I have ever rented...and I rent a home for my “birthday month” every year since retiring. The kitchen...wow. Every appliance you would ever need. And extremely well stocked. The furnishings were high end, including the decorations. But the best part...the decks! Again, every luxury you can (and can’t!) imagine. We even enjoyed the pool...in November. And for a retiree, loved the elevator. I cannot brag on this house enough. Nor could my guests. The best birthday month ever!

Property was excellent and exactly as described. So much attention to detail in this home. Loved the privacy of the bay. Typically we stay on the ocean side but decided to try the bay, which was a great decision because of this amazing home and the fact that there was a red tide happening in the ocean side during our stay. Sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous from the decks on the back, fishing and kayaking from the dock was fun. Pool was perfect to relax and enjoy family time!!
