    We had a great stay at this house. Tim was wonderful to work with. When we arrived his wife was there to let us in and show us around. The house is extremely clean! The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we made many meals there. Central A/C was wonderful to have as well. The house is prime location literally across the street from the beach and walking distance to coffee, restaurants, the pier. Oceanside is known for the trains so if you have never visited before be aware this house is right in front of the tracks so you will hear trains constantly. But we like that - we are no stranger to Oceanside but some trains will literally rock the house. Didn't bother us any.My only feedback for the owner is some of the décor could be a little scary for small kids, my son didn't like the monster/ devil heads on the wall - house is decorated with a lot of Eastern Hindu type décor. fyi

    The property was great, worked for our family. But obviously being 3 stories there are a lot of stairs. It was nice and close to the beach and the pier and lots of restaurants. The property was also really nice to provide plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. Overall great stay.

    We had a wonderful stay at the house for Thanksgiving. It is in a great location next to beach. It is Oceanside so you will hear the train but it did not disturb us at all. The house is perfect for gathering as family but also has some space for those to get some alone time. Loved it

    We liked the location, you just need to be able to handle stairs getting to the beach. Host Tim is very available and responsive. House was very roomy and kept up.

    We had seven adults for a surprise birthday party. The location was spot on. the home is close to the Amtrak. You can walk to a lot of the necessities. I love the homes layout, everyone had their independence. The home was adequately supplied for all our needs. Would recommend this home.

    The description of home, location were all very honest. Great area between Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. If you want to walk to restaurants, its very close. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay.
