Visit Lake Placid and stay at Willow's Place! This beautiful, bright, and sunny 2 bedroom and 3 bath Townhome vacation rental sits within walking distance of 1/3 mile to shops and restaurants on Main Street, the Olympic Venues, and a public beach on Mirror Lake a 1/2 mile away.

The first floor of this Adirondack-style home holds a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a dining area, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a TV with DVD player/DVDs, boardgames, and a full bath. There is also a closet to store your coats and boots. The second floor has two en-suite bedrooms that both hold queen beds with private baths and a washer/dryer located between the bedrooms. There is a good-sized deck with a BBQ grill to enjoy the outdoors and a detached garage is available for storage of your sporting supplies (a car will not fit and watercraft are for public use).

This home is close to everything, yet it still sits within a quiet neighborhood on a private cul de sac.  You are sure to be extremely comfortable in this clean and well-maintained home.

Pets Permitted: Up to 2 well-trained dogs are permitted with prior approval.  Guest is required to clean up all dog waste.  Dogs are not permitted on furniture and must be crated when left alone.  Dogs are the only pets considered. A $100 Pet fee per pet per stay is required.

NUMBER OF VEHICLES ALLOWED:
Willows Place offers a Maximum of 2 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.

    Had a wonderful stay, was able to enjoy the deck in the afternoon sun also nice that both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Location is great from being a a quiet spot but able to walk into town in just a few minutes, definitely will go back

    Perfect space for our long weekend! Very close to Main Street, but also quiet and wooded with great views. Layout is good for hanging out with friends in a couple spaces, deck space also worked very well. Would definitely stay again, really liked it (A on the bathroom showers too!).

    Lodging was as-described. Nice living room and two bedrooms upstairs with individual bathrooms. pet-friendly. Kitchen is functional. Professionally managed by real estate company. The management company is friendly, prompt to answer any inquiries, and happy to help out.
