The host really cared whether we had everything we needed. A cute little coffee bar with coffee supplied, and nice shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower! Very clean and we would certainly recommend! The kids enjoyed the games they provided too. Perfect for our family- plenty of room and very nice. Thanks again!

Very nice accommodations with plenty of space and 3 bathrooms. Loved the spaces to gather and the coffee station. We were surprised by the train traffic throughout the day and night but we adjusted to the sounds and whistles and it wasn’t a problem but added to the charm. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay while we visited the Ark and Creation Museum.

This was an adorable house!! All the updates with all the comforts of home!!!!Great location!!! Only 1.7 miles away from The Arc Encounter, approximately 35 minutes from a wonderful family aquatic center, approximately 45 minutes to an aquarium and just walking distance to an ice cream shoppe in downtown Williamstown. We had 13 total and had plenty of room.

Overall, it was a great stay. I would have chose this house even knowing a few things we didn't realize up front. (Close to the Railroad Tracks and the stairs were steep for the smaller kids). We loved having all the bathrooms and beds. There were 6 adults and 4 children and we felt that we had enough room.Overall the cleaniness was super. We did have several big ants inside and out (which were disturbing to our little girls. Lol) We also found dirty clothes in the couch. We had to purchase oven mitts, more paper towel, garbage bags and hand soap for the bathroom. Thankfully stores were close by. When all is said and done, our trip was great and overall the house was perfect for our needs. I would stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to make great memories in Williamstown. Oh, and you have to eat at Opa's Pizza and visit miffy town.It was next to the train tracks.

My husband and 4 kids 12,14,16,18 had a wonderful stay! The house was easy to find and very clean upon arrival. The owners added special touches like a coffee bar and the kitchen was fully stocked. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk to williamstown and only 5 min to the Ark Encounter which we also enjoyed very much!!

Very impressed two bedrooms downstairs two bathrooms downstairs two bedrooms upstairs downstairs one bathroom upstairs only thing a little risky for all senior citizens were the steps were very steep. Everything else about the house was above standard. There is a very active train track runs by the house but that too was tolerable all and all loved it here

We were a party of 12 women attending a conference at the Ark Encounter. We liked the location's proximity to the Ark and to a couple of eateries within walking distance. Everything was clean and in good repair. We had trouble locking the door when we left-it is not intuitive-we had to google that particular lock. It would be helpful to include directions for this. Also some room darkening window coverings would be helpful for the bedrooms that face the street as there are bright lights that shine in the windows.

The check-in process was very clear and easy. (We never needed to contact the host.) The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the common areas were very warm, welcoming and accommodating - perfect to spend time with family, and get some alone time when needed. There is a train nearby that you can hear a few times a day when it passes, but it never woke us from our sleep at night. This might be a consideration if you are a light sleeper or plan to leave your windows open at night. All of our extended family members loved the space. We'd definitely stay again!

We had a nice stay. Everything was very clean and user friendly. We had good communication with the property manager. The house was warm and very cozy. It was just the right distance from town, even in the cold we walked to the restaurants and there was good food at those places.Departure was easy clean-up for leaving.

House was very nice and clean. Easy to communicate with property manager. Close to Arc Encounter. Train came by often and blew horn, but was not too distracting. Had a great time with family here. Would be nice to label body wash, conditioner, and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Overall had a very good experience.

The description of the property was spot on except one thing....I can't recall reading about an all night, every night train running through the backyard. But the house was great. We were feeling at home quickly. The host are available and so accommodating.

Cleanest property we have stayed in and the furnishings were carefully planned. The train was not a problem however my only problem was the halogen lights across the street made the bedrooms bright at night. I would however stay here again.
