Stayed Aug 29, 2025We had a great stay at our Tahoe Vista rental through Tahoe Getaways. The house was clean, well-equipped, and full of high-end touches, from appliances to dishware. It was cozy but perfect for our family of three and our dog. We loved the hot tub and the nearby hiking trail, which was easy to walk to. The neighborhood was quiet, with mostly other rentals, and we had no issues at all.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025The cabin was the perfect size, had all he amenities, and is close to everything you need in Tahoe. A bonus are the trails to NT Regional Park right behind the house (not to mention the hot tub)! Would recommend.

Stayed Jan 3, 2024Amazing location for a family winter trip to Tahoe —leave the car behind and take a short walk to the North Tahoe regional park for sledding. Unfortunately, the home is a bit cramped for a family of four with no dining space and one small bathroom. There was also a lack of privacy in this home with the absence of curtains in the living space which meant neighbors could easily look into the home day or night, including directly into the bathroom when left open by the children. Curtains in the living space and cleaning the hot tub would bring this review from a 3 star to 4 star review. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner thoughtfully made sleds and snow shovels available.

Stayed Apr 7, 2023This home is incredible! So comfortable and well-built, with no wasted space. Perfect for a couple or small family, and very close to ski resorts and hiking trails. We stayed there when there was still 4 feet of snow on the ground, but we're hoping to return in the summer to enjoy the huge deck off the living space. The hot tub is an amazing bonus! Great star-gazing from the tub at night.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very beautiful little cabin, with a wonderful deck and hot tub. Maybe slightly over priced for only having 1 bathroom but it was just 1 couple staying there so it was ok. Similar pricing to other properties with way more space but it was definitely the cleanest looking, best designed option.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I loved the cabin's fresh, light decor. It is chic but also inviting and comfortable. It works great for two adults with or without a couple of kids. The deck makes for great indoor outdoor living. We ended up driving wherever we wanted to go--I do think it's too far to walk to the beach--but King's Beach has lots of parking (beyond just the obvious parking lot.). Would stay again for sure.
