Everything was nice, clean, and updated. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very easy to contact and work with.

Beautiful home, great beds, wonderfully ready access to most of KSU. Lots more fun than a hotel.

Home was exactly as described. Host was easy to reach and communicate with. Close to campus which is very convenient for a game weekend.

The home is very nice and well appointed! It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet! The layout of the home was very open with a wonderful kitchen that opens to the family room! Made the space very cozy! The backyard was very nice because it had a large patio and was fenced in. We will definitely return on future visits to MHK

Perfect stay in Manhattan!

Th house is lovely and super clean, and the neighborhood is quiet but perfectly located.

Kitchen was large and open. Was a wonderful spot to chill between activities in Manhattan.

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed including a closet full of fun games.

We planned on staying in Manhattan to visit our son who is stationed at Ft. Riley. It was a 28 min drive and is pretty close. We were able to travel back and forth with ease. The house was updated and clean. It was perfect for resting and relaxing. We didn't use the kitchen for eating but it was stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed listening to the birds in the backyard. The firepit was a nice amenity. Beds were comfy and the showers were nice and hot! There was construction on the main road leading into the neighborhood. I'm sure it will be done soon. There are plenty of places to eat neighboring this house. We visited Aggieville and downtown Manhattan. Grocery store is close too! We also traveled to Wamego to see the Wizard of Oz Museum. We ate at 3 of the Points of interest in the booklet left by the host. All were great!! Had a fun time. Wish we stayed longer! If we were to ever visit Manhattan Kansas again we would stay here.

This is a WONDERFUL property and the most comfortable short-term rental we've ever been in. I give Wildcat Ridge ALL THE STARS POSSIBLE. Great location, quiet neighborhood, EVERYTHING you need....PERFECT. Beds were very comfortable and the entire home has been updated. LOVED the well-appointed kitchen! I'd live in this house. Hands down, fantastic experience. Made for a fabulous weekend.

This house was exactly as described! Very clean, comfortable, accommodating, close to town. The communication was great with homeowner. The backward was perfect for the kids to play and run around without having to worry about them. Highly recommend- we will definitely stay again when we come back.

If your staying for a game or visiting family with little ones this would be a great place to stay. Can not say enough about how nice the house is. Clean, very nice inside, quiet, and an added plus is the water pressure is superb. I will for sure be staying again with the family or for a game with friends. One last thing, the basket of snacks were an awesome gift as well!

The house was great! Soft carpet in my bedroom and great water pressure in the bathrooms. The kitchen is a pretty sparse but that was the only downside. I stayed for the work week and loved it. Not my favorite beds but the are normal for most BNBs.

Property was very clean and nicely updated for our weekend stay. It worked great for our family.
