Stayed Nov 28, 2025We had a wonderful experience at Wildcat Valley Retreat! The property was lovely, well decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed (and more) for our stay. Jennifer was quick to respond when the door code did not work. Also, a breaker tripped in the kitchen and the homeowner was over in minutes to fix this! We absolutely loved this property and could not have asked for more responsive service from the property manager/homeowner. We can't wait to come back and stay longer!!

Stayed Sep 26, 2025We stayed here for K State family weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Beautiful yard, patios, ping pong table, and yard games. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Dec 24, 2024We had a wonderful time/experience at Wildcat Valley Retreat! The house was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The house was spotless and Jennifer was responsive to our needs, even decorating for Christmas. The amenities were very well thought out and appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969From start to finish this house and the booking process/communication exceeded our expectations! They were very detailed with information shared with us, as well as always very prompt in responding to any questions. The house itself is wonderful! It was much more spacious than we had anticipated. Everything was very clean, well stocked with any necessities, and a great location. It’s a quick 10 minute drive into town, and the quality and price was much better than places we’ve stayed in Manhattan. The amenities provided were all high quality, and little touches like a bowl full of snacks and bottled water, and yard games in the garage, were so nice to have. We will absolutely be booking this place again for future visits to Manhattan!
