The property accommodates a 30-foot RV with a dedicated parking area beside our house, though it's important to note that hookups are not provided onsite. For the shopaholics in your party, both Kierland Commons and Desert Ridge Marketplace are a brief 10-minute journey away. We are also conveniently positioned within a 10-minute drive from the Mayo Clinic, the Musical Instrument Museum, and the Princess Hotel. With grocery stores aplenty in the vicinity, our accredited concierge service stands by to organize your family excursions, offering assistance with grocery shopping, tour reservations, golf arrangements, and more.

• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. • The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time

• $75/pet fee. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.

• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you prior to your check in time via email.

• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit and lease agreement.

    Good stay. Ownership was accommodating and responsive to questions. The property itself has visible wear and tear from constant use. Could use a once over for general repairs, and an update to some furnishings and a deep cleaning in multiple areas.

    This was a perfect home for our short Thanksgiving dinner! I live locally and own an event space in Ahwatukee and originally we planned on hosting Thanksgiving there. However, a lot of our family was unable to make it in town. So, we decided to rent this home to take advantage of the two days we had together. As I prepared Thanksgiving dinner, I loved being able to look out the large window and see my family enjoy the beautiful backyard and all the amenities. I highly recommend!!!

    Wild West Palomino was a wonderful set-up for our group of 12. It’s rare to see a home with 4 king beds, plus a room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds. The hot tub and pool are great and there are fun yard games to play in the backyard. It was the perfect place for our get-together!

    This is my first time ever writing a negative review, but I feel like it is necessary for others to get a accurate review. I booked this reservation for the amenities, such as hot tub and the rest of the backyard.. The hot tub did not work the during my whole stay. I reached out to the representative that works for “Paseo Homes.” The representative (will not be named) told me that they would refund me for the inconvenience of the hot tub not working, the refund was extremely low and honestly embarrassing. When we checked in the inside of the house was not clean. The showers were and bathrooms were dirty , the bedrooms did not look vacuumed and the bed sheets were stained. I was not happy about paying the full amount for this property for the condition it was in.

    My husband and I are local but wanted a place to stay that was big enough for family that was in town visiting. This house was the perfect fit for all our needs. The location was great, neighborhood is nice and quiet which we appreciated. Everything on the property was well maintained and clean. The Paseo team is very communicative and responded to all requests in a timely manner. You can tell that they really want you to have a great experience while at this property. The backyard was the highlight for our family and we really enjoyed using all of the outdoor amenities. We had 3 large SUVs and were able to easily park them on the property with no issues. We also had our small dog with us and enjoyed walks around the neighborhood which was very walkable. We did have a small hiccup with the door code not being populated in the email I received for checkin. I didn’t notice this prior to heading over and did need to contact Jayne for assistance. Again, she was very responsive and took care of the issue right away. I would suggest checking your email before checkin to ensure you have the door code so you can contact the team prior to arrival if needed. Jayne did mention there was a glitch in their system that day so didn’t sound like a regular occurrence. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time at the house. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
