This beautiful property is located in a residential area on the quieter side of Sevierville, but still very close to all the popular area attractions. The mountain views are amazing and can be enjoyed from the living room, master bedroom, and wraparound deck. The host spared no expense when designing and building this beautiful home. The home is very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The host was very friendly and responsive and was able to extend our stay another night. You must check out this property if you want luxury accommodations in the Smokey Mountains.

My family and I stay here every year for a week. It's always perfect and the host couldn't be any more helpful and they are very friendly. We love this place .

It was a very beautiful home. It was equipped with anything that you might need. The host was next-door if you needed them for anything.

The property was spacious and pet-friendly, which we appreciated. Overall, it was moderately clean, but there were noticeable issues such pink mold in the showers and spider webs that should be addressed.One thing that was disappointing was that the rental appeared to be a converted garage space, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing description. In addition, the property is in very close proximity to another residence with several large dogs, so there was less privacy than expected.The stay was adequate overall, but better transparency in the listing and more attention to cleanliness would improve the experience significantly.

This was the best stay in my 50 yrs of coming to Pigeon Forge. The host was excellent. Frank worked with me after a previous host initially told me I could extent my stay, then messaged 2 hours later and reneged. The house had a wonderful view of the countryside and mountains. The area was quiet and peaceful. The house was larger than expected. Very large bathrooms, kitchen and tvs in every room.. There were games for the kids as well as movies. The livingroom had more than enough sitting space for my family of six. I wish I would have started here. Thank you Frank.

We have stayed in this particular VRBO 3 times now, and every time we love it. The location is perfect. We stay on an extended family vacation, so the 3 rooms and bathrooms serve us well. Also, the host stocks the towels & toiletries better than average. We just love this place and plan to stay again in 2027 (we go every other year as a whole family).

The kitchen was well stocked. We had all we needed and more. Loved having three bathrooms with showers. We didn’t use the laundry room but it was also well stocked with towels and washcloths. Enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic but not too far from the places we wanted to go. We have been here twice this year and planning to book again soon.

We normally do our yearly girls trips in October stayed at this location 2 years ago he didn’t have any openings in October just a few days in September so we moved our trip to be able to stay at this house. Very spacious, I loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Beautiful view anytime of the day. The only thing I would add would be a cover over the porch. And maybe a dishwasher..lol We will definitely book this property again. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.Host lives next door and is very attentive if you need anything.

Lovely respite from the chaos of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We were out on acres with a great view but close enough to town for anything that we needed. Owners are very accessible for any issues that may arise. Definitely recommend this accommodation if you are staying in the area.

Beautiful home, lots of space, easy check in and check out. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms so you may want to bring a small fan if you get hot. We found a box fan in the pantry the next morning. Host was very friendly and quick to respond. Would 100% stay here again. The area is beautiful, nice view from the deck, close enough to main attractions but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

We are a group of eight ladies who gather each year to attend a women’s Christian conference in Pigeon Forge. As many in our group are elderly, finding a one-level rental with easy accessibility has become increasingly important—and Frank and Debbie’s home is absolutely perfect for us.There are just three small steps to get onto the front porch, leading into a spacious single-level home. The walk-in showers and wide doorways made it easy for those using walkers to navigate comfortably. The location is ideal—no steep mountain roads to worry about, and it’s just a short drive to shopping and the conference center.The home offers breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and is incredibly well stocked. We had everything we needed—plenty of towels, washcloths, dishcloths, dish towels, and pot holders (items that are often lacking in other rentals). The pantry was thoughtfully supplied with basic seasonings and staples, which we really appreciated.Frank and Debbie were quick to respond to any questions or issues, and their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. This was our second year staying in their home, and we’ve already booked it again for next year.Just a note for future guests: there is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash dishes by hand. That said, the comfort and beauty of the home more than make up for it. Highly recommend!

The house was very spacious. Each bedroom having a bathroom and walk-in shower. The cleanliness was superb and the location was away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful view of the mountains. We have already booked for our next trip. I rate this one 10/10. I would highly recommend.

Much larger than it looks when you pull up. Pros: space inside and out, location, view, bathrooms, cleanliness, comfy beds. Cons: right next to neighbor, jetted tub didn't have power, patio set was unusable.

We had 8 of us to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The house was very spacious and clean. Each bedroom had a huge bathroom with plenty of towels and washcloths. The house was very well stocked with all the things you would need. The owners house shared the same walkway to the rental house so super close but not a problem at all. House is 10 minutes to pidgeon forge and 30 to Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area. Very close to Dollywood as well. Huge kitchen and laundry room. Beds were very comfy.

The home is very beautiful and the views are breathtaking. We really enjoyed the porch outside. The house was exactly as listed. Very roomy we had four adults and four kids, and there was plenty of space. The location is perfect to get to everything that you would want to do here. This place was absolutely gorgeous inside! The view was amazing, check in was super easy, and inside was immaculately clean. Cleaning supplies were provided, as well as laundry detergents, towels etc. Their dogs were friendly and didn’t bother us at all as they stayed on the opposite side of the property. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and our kids even asked if we could come back (we are already planning on it!).

Such a gem! We almost want to keep it to ourselves but how selfish would that be! You should definitely come and stay here! Frank and Debbie are amazing hosts and open their property to you.
