Grape Expectations is in the Heart of Historic Downtown Hermann. One block from the night life. Our 5 bedroom house, 2 bathroom can accommodate 12 guests. Hermann trolley will pick you up right outside the door, and take you to the wineries or whatever you have planned for the day in town. Two miles from the Katy trail if you are checking out the beautiful riding trails we have, or just coming into town to get away and checking out our hometown shops just around the corner.

Stayed Mar 24, 2023This is our second time staying at the house. It has all of the accommodations our group needs. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials, plenty of hot water for our group of 10 and the fireplace was a wonderful touch on the chilly rainy night. Walking distance to most all of the great shops but the trolly will pick you up right at the front door.

Stayed Jul 15, 2022Beautiful space with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a great location, we didn't need the car except to get to a few wineries outside of town. The bedrooms are large and beds comfortable, we also enjoyed just sitting on the front porch in the morning. We're looking forward to staying again!
