Stayed Jun 28, 2025The location and condition of this home is first rate. The kitchen appliances are modern, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the location is private but accessible to everything we needed. The summer weeks were enhanced by a monthly family membership to the local Y. We had one issue with the garbage disposal, which we called in a plumber to repair, and the landlord reimbursed us immediately. We hope to rent this property again next summer!

Stayed Jan 3, 2022The house was very clean and had plenty of room. Only negative was that there are no bureaus are sizeable closets to put your clothes. We had a couple of very minor issues snd the owner worked with us to get them resolved promptly.

Stayed Jun 1, 2020Working South of Boston, needing room for six. House worked great. Property owner easy to communicate with. Was able to set up weekly cleanings. Would recommend for large group traveling for work or entertainment. Most everything was closed down around the area due to the COVID, so having the house with full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. made the stay much easier than staying in a hotel.
