We follow Airbnb’s COVID-19 safety practices. House in woods 5 minutes to Athens. FREE Spectrum high speed WIFI. NOT suitable for parties. This is a re-modeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home located seconds outside of town but down a private gravel road. The house fronts the highway but it is back behind the trees. A SUV all wheel drive car is best because our house is down a 1/4 mile private gravel drive. We do not plow snow because of the gravel so if a storm is coming. NO HASSLE self check

Stayed Feb 6, 2026Hosts were communicative and the place was very cozy. Close to a bus stop and for Ubers to pick us up to go to uptown. Plenty of room for everyone. Would love to stay here again when visiting OU.

Stayed Oct 31, 2025The kitchen seemed updated, and the relative proximity to campus was great.Host communications was goid, but directions to the driveway were a little unclear. Also, its not really a driveway, but more of a gravel road back to tbe house. The upstairs bathroom had dead bugs on the back of the vanity. And there were dust bunnies on the wall in the second bathroom. It was pretty obvious the house hadn't been scrubbed in a minute.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home over mom’s weekend. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast for my son and have some space to spread out and escape the rain. House is as promised, clean with plenty of amenities. Easy check in, has all the details you need.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Girls weekend to Athens for OU siblings weekend. Had everything we needed and more… lots of space in dining room and living room to spread out and relax. Loved having the games and DVDs too. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Oct 20, 2023The house and yard were very nice and it had everything we needed. Very close and convenient to campus. I recommend a sound machine for sleeping because of the road noise. We would stay here again!

Stayed Oct 13, 2023Nice older property with classic craftsman style and updated kitchen and bathroom. The property is close to a busy road but the road noise was not a problem. We all enjoyed our stay and found the house to be a great location for Athens.
