Stayed May 19, 2023The property was infested with cockroaches that seem to come from a locked closet near the upstairs kitchen. We killed a minimum of 12 roaches in almost every room(including bed and bathrooms). We saw roaches crawling up the fireplace mantle and near the kitchen counters. Having my small children exposed to disease carrying insects definitely impacted my experience in a negative way and I’d like a member from your property management team to help rectify this matter. The hot tub was also very cold and had to be serviced during our stay. Everything else about our stay was quite pleasant and the neighbors were quiet and polite.
