We stayed here with our family for the weekend and had a really lovely experience. The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. They had a TV and extra games which was fun for my little niece. Everything felt cozy and welcoming and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into keeping the place tidy and well maintained. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our time here. Communication throughout the booking was excellent and easy, they were always there whenever you needed them and check-in was a breeze! It is very close to the village, short car ride or a nice walk. We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

One of the showers drain was plugged Dishwasher didnt work properly All pots and pans were dirty Hot tub lid brocken Beds were uncomfortable and poor sheets The building was OK but for the price you would expect everyting to work and be clean I would not rent this again

The place is always too cold since the heat system can only rise to 22C no matter how high you set the temperature.

When we arrived, the house cleaning had not been completed. We also discovered a piece of toast left in the toaster from the previous guests—which in itself was not the main issue. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. When we notified reception, they were unwilling to assist and instead suggested that we contact the previous guests ourselves or simply leave the toast as it was. Initially, our concerns about the incomplete cleaning were not even acknowledged, and they claimed there was no issue with the toaster at all.I am still giving three stars because a prior booking issue was resolved kindly, and the property itself matched the listing photos. However, the lack of responsiveness and the dismissive attitude toward problems during our stay were quite shocking and impacted our experience that I would be hesitant to stay there again.

Excellent location and clean house.

Great location. Wonderful place to stay for a family. Kitchen well stocked. Short walk to village but up hill on the way back. Very clean and nice hot tub. Will definitely stay again. You have to check-in in the village.

Great stay, as advertised, would stay again

Nice place to stay and great location close to the village. Few things to mention; parking can be difficult if you have a truck or SUV as garage is tight and there is only one visitor pass. We ended up having to pay to park vehicles at the Weston down the hill. It is also managed through a 3rd party so check in is offsite and they request a large damage deposit that does not go through VRBO and they have their own separate contract. Probably would not stay again due to this. Perfect for families and people with kids as each room is spacious and open concept main floor.

This was our second year returning this property for a 5 night skip trip in March. We've probably stayed in 8-10 different Whistler property over the years. The place was definitely expensive compared to others although if you arrive with something near the full capacity it's not a bad value (although quite a few people people will be sharing rooms).There were a few minor issues with appliances this time but the place is, generally speaking, great with a fantastic location near the slopes and we look forward to returning a third time.

Great stay and awesome property. Very convenient and access to whistler village

The host was great with communication and answered any concerns or questions within minutes of our arrival. The place was amazing as well, the views from the bedroom windows was beautiful. The location was super close to the mountain, however it wasn’t truly a ski in ski out as stated in the description when we rented the place. You can either walk your gear down the hill and then up a very large flight of stairs, then to a large hill and finally onto a run, or rent lockers at the mountain and then walk down 2km to ski, but only to have to walk back up the 2km hill.

Book this place. You won’t be disappointed! Stunning property, clean and great location.
