Stayed Aug 9, 2025Really loved our stay in Belmar. The house was very clean, organized and inviting. We enjoyed taking out the kid wagon and walking down to the beach with our boys. The neighbors were friendly and it was nice meeting Frank for our walk through. Only thing missing was an indoor table, it was a little difficult eating with our boys because they were too young for the stools by the island. Aside from that, we enjoyed our accommodation and would definitely recommend the stay!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025This modern beach house providing everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful amenities — from the well-equipped kitchen to the back patio and beach equipment — truly set this rental apart. We had a fantastic time and would certainly book this property again for future beach trips.

Stayed Sep 15, 2024The property was super clean upon arrival. The owner provided every supply you would need - and some we didn’t even need! We really enjoyed our stay. And the location is perfect. Less than 3 blocks from the beach!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We stayed here for a week with our young family and had everything we would need plus some. Frank was very helpful and informative leading up to checkin and also made sure we were good during the stay. House is beautiful and in a great location to walk to Main Street or the beach. We loved sitting on the front porch and letting the kids play in the back deck as well. The nieighbors were also super friendly.
