Clean rooms, close to broadway, easy to uber from the house & very spacious and quiet neighborhood

House was clean, and plenty of parking for 3 vehicles.

Very clean and quiet. Location just a short drive (5 to 20 minutes) to most of the fun venues. Very nice paved trail access from backyard. Able to sit and relax with family in back deck and BBQ on the new gas grill.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Belmont. We loved having Shelby Bottoms Park right in the backyard. Our group explored the walking trails and I enjoyed having a bike & helmet available to use for more exploration of the park. We had lots of space to spread out and eat at the table and when watching TV. The couches and beds were comfortable and the hosts do a fabulous job with communicating and providing linens and little extras like laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, paper towels & toilet paper. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice break from the busyness of other areas of Nashville yet we were able to get where we needed to go easily and within a reasonable amount of time. We would definitely stay there again.

This property was ideal for three couples and a single. The walking/bike trails provided opportunities for exercise. It is far from downtown, but we used Uber and Lyft to take in the sights. The hosts were accommodating and I honestly can't find a negative thing to say. Thank you for a wonderful Nashville experience!Wanda McLaughlin

Great location and space! Really enjoyed it!

Very comfortable stay. Plenty of space for everyone. Only complaint is the toaster oven and coffee maker need to be cleaned.

Very welcoming. House had plenty of room and extra blankets along with appliances needed to cook. The trails behind the house were definitely a plus too.

The house was very clean and spacious!! The location worked out great for us. The house is close to the Grand Ole Opry, General Jackson boat, Broadway, shopping and restaurants. One of us was training for a marathon and she loved the nature trails right outside the front door. It is a beautiful area!! We would stay here again!!

The location of the house was great but unfortunately their housekeeper did not do them any justice. It was not very clean. The place has great potential.The house could use a few repairs.Toilet seat in the small bathroom was looseStairs getting into the place or leaning forward and they’re not very wide, not very safe.

Spacious, comfortable, great location and great for families. The access to walking trails is a huge plus. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well-equipped. This home is everything you could want in a rental property. You can relax and enjoy your stay.

The house was just what we needed for our son's wedding in Nashville. Clean and comfortable with a great kitchen, outdoor space and comfy beds.

Very comfortable home. Great location. Easy to get to just about anything in Nashville. The trail system next to the house along the river was a great bonus for early morning or evening walks. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Nashville.

Excellent location and had all the amenities we needed for a great girls weekend in Nashville!

Mostly clean, except for a few cobwebs. Would be better if basic things like shampoo was provided. Overall good I would stay again.

we came to Nashville for a family reunion. We loved staying at Where the music city meets nature. There’s a lot of living spaces in the home, a family room. The kitchen is big. The dining room is big. The living room is big. We had time to hang out together and time to have privacy in the separate bedrooms. We also had a barbecue on the first day. The place was spotless and homey. I highly recommended it.

Beautiful home on quiet street. Close to all the fun in Nashville! We had a great time, we would definitely stay here again!

Overall nice place to stay for our family. We had some issues with the knob in the shower in the master bathroom but overall everything was great.

We went to Nashville for a friend's weekend getaway and had a great time! The house was beautiful, very clean and accommodating. The trail behind the house was perfect for early morning walks and we spent a lot of time on the back patio relaxing and listening to music! Location was perfect, only 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go! We highly recommend and would love to go back again!!

We had a group of 7, mostly family visiting from California to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation from Trevecca.House was spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable.We loved the neighborhood and took advantage of the green belt with walks and bike rides.Ubering in to Broadway was easy, and we appreciated the quiet when we got back to the house.We would definitely stay here again.

The property is a nice home. The owners are super nice and will help with any issue you may have. Just ask. The area seems safe and quiet.

4 old friends got together for a week of golf in Nashville area. The rental fit our needs perfectly and was in very clean condition. The Owners were very reponsive and include a lot of small extras such as bikes and helmets. The TV sometimes would turn off would stay hete again. on its own but still usable

My husband and I brought our 3 girls and their spouses to Nashville for our oldest daughter’s 30th birthday. The location was equal distance to Broadway and The Grand Ole Opry. The house was perfect for our needs.

The place was in a perfect location away from busy places but convenient to stores, downtown, and opryland. The owners were easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Would stay again if ever coming back.

We had an amazing stay at this property! They did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed. They even gave us a lot of suggestions on what to do in the area. Would 100% stay here again!

Adam and Megan were wonderful hosts and prompt with any questions. There was plenty of space for 6 people. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and near the Cumberland River. Grocery stores such as Kroger and Publix were conveniently located nearby. The living room was very homey with comfortable couches. Each bed was very comfy to sleep on during the night. Overall, the house was lovely and the place was extremely clean.

Home away from home. This is an incredible place to spend time with family. The home was sparkling clean, warm and inviting. High thread count linens, the softest towels and a relaxing environment for all 6 of us. We played games, watched our favorite Christmas movies, baked cookies and ate yummy meals! Close and convenient to everything we wanted to do! The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed walking on the trails.

This house was wonderful! Clean and well taken care of. It is right next to walking trails so you will see folks walking by. We had a deer in the back yard one day!

We booked this for a long weekend to celebrate my nephews wedding. We had 6 adults and one child and this was perfect. We were within a few miles of everything we needed to do, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that we were able to relax and make the most of this trip. 100% would recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location to activities. Loved the trail right behind the house. Took in the downtown sights. The home was very spacious. Looking to come back again. Would suggest more hooks in bedrooms and bathroom. Only found 1 hair dryer. A brighter light in the dining room would be nice for cards. We are older. lol. Overall a great trip in a beautiful home. We stayed in a very nice home for our visit to Nashville. There were 7 adults and 3 couples had a nice bedroom and so did our single. Everything was wonderful.

We all traveled down to attend the packer football game. House is nice but needs some attention. Everywhere we looked something was broken or didn’t work. The first night the master bed frame was broke. We did a temp fix but felt like we couldn’t roll or move or it would have crashed. There were 6 of us so all the beds were being used. The keyboard also didn’t work so we were bummed about that. We had planned to do a big cookout the first night only to find a pretty rusty grill. We didn’t feel like using it after that. We were told it was fairly new. Towels are very old and scratchy and extremely small!!! Bathroom fan was nasty and needs a deep clean. Beware the main shower is hard to adjust and will scald you. It’s crazy hot!!! We did let the host know about some of the things. He came in to fix the bed and brought more towels but they were the same. Overall the property was nice and did its job. Needs some TLC. It’s close to downtown yet far enough away. Kitchen is very spacious for a bigger group and we liked all the bedrooms. We had wished there were tvs in all of them so we rock papered scissors for them. We’d recommend this house if you don’t plan on spending much time there. It’s a good place to sleep.

We had little kids up to adults and the host had everything we needed. Including dropping off umbrellas for the rainy weekend. The access to the greenbelt (walk out the backdoor and through the backyard and you are there) makes this house especially special. We walked and walked. It is a gorgeous path. Highly recommend!

Adam and Megan had all of the facets of our stay covered. Everything from instructions about their home to suggestions/places to visit/eat to cleaning up before we left. They were extremely accessible and always responded in a timely fashion. Their home is close enough to the city, extremely lovely, very welcoming, and most important to us was that is was exceptionly clean! Cherry on top was when we got back on our last evening and there was a momma & daddy deer and their 4 babies in the driveway just hanging out! I would absolutely stay again and in fact have a wedding next June in Nashville and plan on reaching out to stay in their home!
