The house was spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of seating options. The hot tub was great! We didn’t really use the pool but if we go back we'll probably turn on the heat and take a dip or two. Our host was very responsive to messages. Will definitely try to book when we visit again.

Home had everything needed for a nice stay. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, eat and clean. Plenty of towels and linens. Nice home for family with children. Pool and hot tub were nice. Owner very nice to speak with.

House was clean. Very comfortable stay. Had grandkids over, plenty of room. Pool area and dock very nice. Everyone enjoyed. Check in and out process a breeze.

Very livable floor plan and the host was very easy to work with. Will do this property again. Great price and Ken answered the phone every time I had a question. Thanks for a great vacation.....................Eddy

The matter bathroom had several clumps of dead bugs on the floor. I’d mop them up and they’d instantly return. The home smelled during like mold/mildew and the ac did not cool below 78. Several cracked pool tiles that were dangerous were also on the pool deck.

Overall stay was great! Family and I had a lot of fun, we didn’t leave the pool pretty much the entire time. The kitchen had everything we could need to cook with. Best place I’ve rented so far! Will definitely consider staying again. Only issue I had was the kitchen table, for some reason the table was very tacky and everything would stick to do. It did not matter how you wiped it down, it was still sticky.

Quiet neighborhood and location was close to grocery store. We stayed outside around the pool. The only negative was the smell in the kitchen cabinets. We enjoyed our time and would plan another trip.

We had an awesome time , the place was perfect, we enjoyed the pool and hotub, the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location seemed to be 15 mins from every place we wanted to go. The owner was great , any questions or problems we had he took care of it ! Amazing time and an amazing place

Older place with older amenities but not too bad. The pool and hot tub were not clean during my first three days there. Contact with the property manager was intermittent and had to call/text to get the pool and hot tub cleaning expedited. Asked for a two-hour later check out time to enjoy the pool and hot tub due to not being cleaned and ready upon arrival and was denied.

You can see from the photos the property is dated, which is not a big deal as we spend majority of time outside. Some of the cupboards were falling apart and not clean. The landscaping was very overgrown and not maintained at all. However it was nothing to ruin our stay. We had a great time

This is a pretty basic home, filled with only basic needs. Overall it did the job of hosting my family of 5! We pretty much stayed poolside when we were home! Its in a lovely neighborhood, and super close to all your needs and fun stuff for the family! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Nice place, convenient location, well supplied with everything needed

We had to clean this house and buy supplies to stay. Everything in the house is filthy and not save to use. All of the amenities are either dirty, missing or broken. The pool was difficult to enjoy since the heating system is broken. Called the owner and he claimed it is working fine but clearly not since it was cold. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets have not been cleaned in years. The plates are sticky, the pots dirty, utensils are rusted w/food stuck on, glasses had residue from previous use. Laundry room shelf has a toilet bowl brush right in front of where you load washer. Washer was on rinse and spin cycle so it leads me to believe that even the sheets/towels don't get washed just rinsed. Broken floor titles around pool making it dangerous/unsafe. In addition to this already being a disaster, the most disturbing is the owner could not care less about his guests. We had to leave the home 2 days early due to the State of Emergency/Evacuation order issued by the State due to Hurricane Helene. We sent the owner a text to let him know we were leaving early and later tried to call him but he blocked my number...clearly trying to avoid us since he know we would be asking for refund of the unused time. Policy states the owner must refund for unused time in such circumstances. Since we could not reach him, we called for assistance. He was contacted and sure enough, he denied it. This vacantion was disturbing and disappointing. Unfit property and careless host.

We loved the pool and jacuzzi!! Loved that the home was a ranch with tile flooring. Close to reasturants. Friendly hosts!

We stayed here for the first week of our family vacation. It was wonderful. Very clean. The pool area was nice. Beautiful view of the canal. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

The house and property were both great. Spent most of my time in the outdoor pool area which is awesome. Even did a little fishing with the pole that was provided and caught a small bass that we put back. Would recommend to anyone looking. Thank you for sharing your awesome house.
