Enjoy off-street parking (1 vehicle or 2 compact cars tandem), a private second-floor entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and spacious living areas.—everythingyou need for a carefree beach getaway. Best of all, you're just a 2-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun, searching for seashells, or taking evening walks along the shore. When you're ready to cool off, enjoy our spacious 16' × 32' private swimming pool, shared only with guests staying in the downstairs apartment. Pool heating is available October through March for $299 per stay, maintaining a comfortable temperature of approximately 80–90°F, weather permitting.
