If you are looking for a little piece of heaven, you have found it. A unique lake front home with miles and I do mean miles of unobstructed lake views. This very special lake lot is level, has deep water, spectacular yard, a firepit and it's own boat ramp. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, open kitchen, dining and living room all with endless views of Lake Norman. The massive covered back patio allows for a morning or afternoon nap or is the perfect gathering place for the family. This home is tucked in a quiet cove so you don't have the main channel traffic but yet you have the 'main channel view for as far as the eye can see. There are many activities (golf, tennis, shopping, restaurants, etc) within the immediate area but I think most folks just enjoy sitting on the patio and letting the stress of everyday life just melt away. If you experience a week on this serene lake retreat I know you will be back for more.

24 Ft tritoon pontoon boat available to rent for $450 per day.
Yamaha jet ski available to rent for $400 per day.

Note: I do require a 4 night minimum rental for the months of June, July and August.
