Our extended family Thanksgiving was about 10 minutes away so this lake house provided the perfect place to call “home” for a couple of days. With 3 full baths and 4 bedrooms, everyone had their space. And the kitchen, dining area, and the family room are open and allow for lots of togetherness. The back porch (with plenty of seating) overlooking the lake is awesome!

Amazing views and property! Host was very communicative, and we knew everything we needed to know about the property without having to ask! Perfect for our group. Well equipped kitchen. Next time, we need to stay longer to enjoy the property more!

Check in was extremely easy and all the amenities were wonderful. Utilizing the boat and jet ski was fun and easy to plan. The property worked perfectly for our family. We loved the view of the lake from the huge back porch well designed with comfortable seating areas. The kitchen is very well stocked. Communication with the owner, Danny, was great!

What a View provided us with an ideal location and layout to accommodate me and my adult children in comfort! We had a wonderful family time and especially enjoyed our boat rental, complete with skis, tubes, and floats. There was plenty of space to gather, inside and out, to enjoy each other’s company, the view, and the numerous wildlife that came to visit during our stay. Danny was very accommodating and gracious, with excellent communication throughout our booking and stay. One of our best VRBO rentals overall!

Our family booked this house and had a great time! The location was great, very close to the grocery store but we were able to have them delivered so that was nice. Very close to boat launch to put our boat in the water. House was very accommodating and perfect for what we needed. The back porch was great for hanging out and enjoying family. We did bring our boat and the dock is nice but lacks extra cleats to tie up, luckily we have a large inflatable bumper that we were able to use. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

We have passed Lake Norman time and time again on our way to the Carolina’s and Florida. This was our first stay and we all agreed it was the place we would definitely come back to. Our host, Danny, was the most responsive host we’ve ever encountered dealing with VRBO. He did everything to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck. Sunsets were breathtaking. We enjoyed the boat and jet ski. Renting definitely a must if you stay there.

Property is as described. Communication was immediate. We rented the boat and jet ski which was a great addition to our time there. Hit Joeys for Trivia and dinner- took boat over to North Harbor - nice menu Spent time at the whitewater center about 45 minutes away but if you have teenagers to occupy they will love this place zipline,ropes course whitewater rafting- great for older adults too . Our son lives in the area so we will definitely come again.

Very pretty property and communication was top notch. If I had any complaints it would be the lack of extra sheets, the very cramped room with the bunkbeds and some age of the amenities. Overall with exception of some not so great weather we had a relaxing and comfortable family experience. Danny checked on us before, during and after our stay.

An incredibly beautiful home on the lake. The property is very well manicured and maintained. You’ll want to spend your time on the back porch / patio enjoying the view of the lake. Their home is welcoming, very comfortable and nicely appointed - you’ll feel as a home away from home.Without hesitation, if in the area again, we will hope this gem is available. Thank you!

Me my husband and our kids booked this home for spring break just a quick lil get away and I must say this home is everything! We rented there boat enjoyed sunset went fishing caught a huge catfish had s’mores by the fire pit went swimming in the lake had a BBQ I could go on and on trust me you won’t be disappointed. VERY PEACEFUL AND RELAXING the owners are very nice people and respond at a timely manner. Can’t wait to go back!

I had an amazing time here. We stayed the whole weekend. This house was beautiful, it was clean, comfortable & the owner Mr. Long made sure we had all of the necessities available to us. The view of the lake was so relaxing. Will definitely rent again & I highly recommend to others!

Very clean, has a beautiful view, plenty of space

Beautifully situated on the lake, this house is immaculate. We couldn't find fault with anything. Owner responded quiickly to questions that we had.

The perfect place for my 80th birthday celebration with our sons and granddaughters! We plan on bringing our family back again! Beautifully and comfortably furnished inside and out with plenty of space. Not just a rental- we felt very much at home as soon as we walked in! The floor plan is ideal for a family gathering! Danny Long made sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Very responsive and easy to talk to. I was very surprised to find the beds remarkably comfortable in any posture (I'm old). We enjoyed the large tub, a treat for us. Our son, a french chef, prepared a huge dinner in the kitchen and on the barbecue. Had everything we needed. We ate outside, very comfortable and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the fire pit until late. Could see Cygnus (the Swan) overhead -orange & blue double star). I’ll bring my telescope next trip. We all cruised the lake on the pontoon boat, the highlight of our trip. We’ll do that again. The water surprisingly comfortable after the initial entry. Danny put it in the water for us. We took care of 22 properties in Hawaii and have rented beach properties here - this was the best of any! Exceptional! Can’t say enough!

We stayed here for our “last family vacay” for a bit. We have a son leaving for basic training within a month and after that we have no idea where he will end up. The pictures do NOT do this home justice. It’s beautiful and the lake view…WOW! Having the boat available for rent at the end of the dock was like the icing on the cake. Even though we only had one day of great weather, thanks to the storm Debby, we had a great time. Communication with the owner was so easy. 10/10 would stay here again!

3 moms and 4 teens rented this house to celebrate the summer birthdays of our boys. The house fit us perfectly and the location on the lake was great! We enjoyed renting the boat that came with the house so the boys could tube. Our only complaint was it lacked the starter supplies that typically come with house rentals. There were no paper towels when we arrived, all the toilet paper in each bathroom was close to running out and there was only 1 dishwasher pod under the sink. Overall, this house was great and we had an amazing time!
