Whale watching from oceanfront home

Everything was perfect. The townhouse was very well equipped with everything you may need. Fully stocked bathrooms to any & all appliance you may need. Very, very clean, 10 ⭐️'s. Plenty of room for 6 adults. View was fantastic! Cant wait to go back!

This 3 story beachfront house was such an amazing place, very well positioned for whale watching beach watching, and centrally located in a nice neighborhood. We spent a lot of time in front of the mid level windows with binoculars looking for whales and enjoying the view. Just relaxing was our plan and boy did this place give us a peaceful feeling. Beds are super comfy, everything is exceptionally clean and well furnished in all categories. Our host Karen is an absolute gem. She was very accommodating and a super Host is an understatement. Thank you Karen, the owners, and housekeeping staff for the top knotch beachfront house that you offer.

We’ve stated over 50 short term rental properties in the last 20 years. It’s rare to find one that exceeds expectations, and this was one of those unexpected amazing places! We give a full five star rating to cleanliness, convenience, comfortable furnishings, communication, ocean views, parking, etc. This is the kind of place that you walk in with your suitcase in a bag of groceries and you don’t have to leave until you need more groceries. 100% recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay! The house has an incredible view and the beach is directly accessible via the steps to the public beach access less than a block down the street. We walked the beach multiple times a day, including visiting the tide pools at low tide directly behind the house. The house itself is great - very clean and has comfortable beds and furniture in all rooms. We spent hours just relaxing and looking out the windows in the living room. The house is also conveniently located near retail and grocery stores, as well as restaurants. Overall we had a fantastic time and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful ocean view. Quality appliances and utensils. Well stocked kitchen. All beds were comfortable with nice linens. Classy decorations.

The place is beautiful, the location is awesome. The one thing that surprised us is that we thought it was a house, not a six-plex. The description doesn’t say that the entry level is two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main floor is very nicely decorated and designed. Kitchen is very well stocked. Unfortunately the description says wheelchair accessible but not really. There is no way to get a wheelchair upstairs. So two of our guests could not stay and had to go home.

Beautiful views

Everything was amazing!! Very clean! Had all the comforts of home plus a little extra. And the view of the ocean was breathtaking! Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We saw gorgeous sunsets, took walks on the beach, had fresh seafood from Barnacle Bill’s and excellent dinners at Kyllo’s Seafood & Grill. We took side trips to Otter Rock, Devil’s Punchbowl, Depoe Bay, Devil’s Lake, Newport, Yachats, and the Tillamook Creamery. It was a fantastic stay!

Your property was wonderful in every way. Every room was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything needed to prepare any desired meal. The ocean view was amazing and having comfortable outdoor furniture was a bonus. The property management team provided excellent communication and thankfully let us know, via email as well as a phone call, that the door entry code had been changed.

We enjoyed our stay at Tidepools very much! Clean, quiet & great/easy beach access! Centrally located, close to good dining & recreations. I wish there were screen doors on the lower bedroom glass doors, but that was a minor detail. Will be back.

The upstairs loft area had a very large TV and comfy seating for all of us. Everything about Tide Pools was top quality and comfort. And when we had a question, the A1 beach people were so available and so helpful.

Our second stay at the property was just as lovely as the first. The place was well furnished with towels, kitchen supplies, and of course the beautiful view. The location is great, an easy walk to the beach even for young children. And the unit was clean and welcoming. We look forward to staying a third time in the future!

Totally lovely decor with excellent ocean viewing -- large, CLEAN windows and two outdoor levels with seating. Superbly-supplied kitchen allowed for family who likes to cook together. Entire unit could not have been more comfortable, clean, and attractive. Especially appreciated the helpful notes and directions provided to make our stay smooth, and avoid any issues.Not a word to be used lightly -- but FABULOUS for our 3 generation family group.

We had oceans of room in this gorgeous condo...what a truly beautiful place in a perfect location.It's easy to get to the beach to walk, run, explore tide pools, fly a kite or hike to town for a meal.The location made all the difference...perfect for exploration. Thank you!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Tide Pools. The weather was windy and cool for the majority of our stay, so was really nice to go back inside and still enjoy the beach views! It's also a really good size for our group of 6, with plenty of bathrooms and space to spread out. The kitchen had pretty much all we needed for the meals we cooked.

Lovely time with family!

Our family has always loved coming to the coast on vacation. We had a family member turned 30 this weekend and we thought the Oregon coast was the best way to celebrate. The accommodations were fabulous! The most beautiful place on the coast. Everything was perfect! The view of the ocean was spectacular. We will definitely plan another family getaway to this place.

Wonderful, clean home with many thoughtful extra touches. Furniture is comfy and in great condition, oceanfront view is amazing. Lock was broken, and management responded and got it replaced so quickly. Highly impressed with everything. Best place we ever stayed in Lincoln City and we’ve stayed in many!

This is a beautiful condo that sits above the beach with incredible views of the waves and tide pools. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen for anything you might want to prepare. Bedrooms and bathrooms well outfitted as well. We will put this on our list to return to. Thank you for great hospitality

Great visit, great location, greatest view and everything we needed including dishes, linens and towels and all that. Very roomy and we enjoyed it a lot. The only thing I can note is that there are many stairs to the 3 levels and those with walking problems would have a difficult time.

The views were awesome--and it was nice to be able to enjoy the ocean from inside during the rain and cold. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. Comfortable, roomy, apartment with beautiful views of the sea. Stairs to access the beach could be mentioned for those with mobility issues. Would be nice to have paper towels in the kitchen for spills, etc. Overall an excellent experience.

But-Roku tv is impossible to deal with. We tried to fix the bottom of the stove the first time we noticed it...a couple of years ago-still not fixed, why does the dishwasher take over 3 hours to run? The carpet is old (we know) and the linens are old and somewhat tattered. While the price has skyrocketed, the upkeep is not staying with the price. Don't get me wrong but approximately $2000 for 5 nights has become quite extreme. We love the property but the condition is not increasing with the price. Just disappointing. As for the not recommending this at this moment.. it is only because of the price.

We had a wonderful stay during our last Fall Break, traveling with our youngest daughter, who picked the Oregon coast as her senior year Fall Break destination. This house was very clean, is in an excellent setting, beautiful views of the beach and ocean and the tide pooling experience right there on the beach was extraordinary. We would highly recommend this house for a family get-away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very comfortable. We have now stayed there 5 times. The beds are nice and the showers have good water pressure. The kitchen has all the appliances in good working order and lots of small appliances as well as various pots and pans and dish ware. On the negative — The spices need to be updated or tossed - When we arrived this time, the dishes were still in the dishwasher and towels were left in the dryer. There were peanuts on the carpet by the table. The south wall in the bigger downstairs bedroom has a fuse out or a breaker that won’t stay on - we called and apparently the office knew about that situation but the maintenance man did not.... Before there were Kleenex boxes in the bedrooms, this time we found 1 box of Kleenex in the smaller bedroom downstairs. The one living room chair has been replaced but the 2 swivel chairs need attention - they are showing a lot of wear. The carpet could really use a shampooing if not just replaced. Small very fixable things - but a refresh would make a difference. All that being said, we really do enjoy our stay at Tide Pools and I’m not trying to be negative just little things we noticed.

The location of this property is the best! You feel like you are on your own private beach. Beach access is a short walk to public access. Loved the first floor patio and balcony. The kitchen was very well appointed. Everything you could possibly need is provided. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable vacation home. It was the perfect place for mom and 4 adult children to have a peaceful and relaxing reunion week. Enjoyed the stay. Parking if more than 2 cars is an issue but local public parking is free and overnight so not an deal breaker. Home was very nicely appointed with a spectacular view.

We enjoyed our stay so much! With such convenient access to the beach, the amazing tide pools. And so close to town we loved our stay here. The beds and bedrooms were spacious and comfy, the bed sheets were so buttery soft. I loved the privacy of the master bedroom. So much to offer from chairs to take to the beach, to the beach toys my kids loved playing with. The kitchen was so well equipped with appliances and utensils. Even basic condiments. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a great stay!
