Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the house was clean upon arrival. The house was very close to the beach access boardwalk path which was great. We enjoyed the pool and that it was solar heated. We did discover a couple days in that the washer wasn’t working and while we got in touch with maintenance right away, we had to call back multiple times the next day as maintenance never arrived. We finally spoke with reservations that got a guy out to look at the washer. He got it to work but said it needed a new piece to get it to work properly. It might be a good idea for the owner to get a new washer as we heard other renters had issues as well. Additionally, the couch was very worn and probably needs replaced as well. Like I said, we did have a great time and would consider renting this home again as we loved whalehead, the pool, and close proximity to the beach.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Cactus Flower a short walk to the beach and the pool was nice. We will go again but they need to replace the mattress in the main bedroom and the tv’s could be larger.
