Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All the beds were comfortable but it should be noted one of the bedrooms no longer had a queen bed for 4 bunk beds, which worked out for us. The kitchen had a lot of silverware & a variety of dishes. There was no plug for the master bath and when water was run there was black debris. The washer constantly dripped & was repaired near the end of our stay. The dryer was never repaired & communication with the PM company was lacking for the dryer. It should be noted there are a lot of steps and many of them uneven, better use the handrails.

The open concept living/kitchen/dining space worked perfectly for our multi-generational group. A couple of small things were quickly and professionally addressed by the management company. The bonus was some usable beach chairs, etc.

House was great for the whole family.The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Very nice little community with easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We loved that it was steps from the beach! The house was well stocked and very nice. It does have a lot of stairs and we had small children with us. They did have everything possible to make it easier, such as baby gates. Overall it was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

The location is convenient for food and shops within walking distance. You can rent bikes or a golf cart to get around without a car. Our family mostly walked while we were there. The beach is a very short walk from the front door. The only problem we had was that the door code to the garage was wrong. The instructions for accessing the house were confusing. When we contacted the management company, the gentleman was extremely rude to my wife. The nice house and the beach made up for the rude dude at the management company.

Loved it. Proximity to beach restaurants . Everything was good enjoyed it.

We were all super impressed with the house itself, the pool, the location to both the private beach and local restaurants. The beach being private made it very relaxing and never crowded. There were several fantastic restaurants all within walking distance also. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basics and the house was clean and spacious. The communication with our property manager was always quick and efficient. No issues and would definitely stay here again.

The staff at Beach Rentals were outstanding! Julian, the check in manager, was so kind and made everything so easy. Housekeeping is #1 as this rental was spotless. We enjoyed every detail about our stay and will book again!

Our trip was in January... the pool was warm and wonderful!!

We had a few bumps with the heat in the pool not working and the dishwasher being moldy but it was understandable given that a hurricane had gone through.

This property worked great for our family. It provided plenty of space for each couple and kids to spend time together and have their own privacy at night or whenever needed. The beach was wonderful and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Just lovely. The house was spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Nice size for our family of six to spread out. The decks were nice places to relax. We enjoyed being so close to the beach.

Parking was somewhat difficult due to only allowing 2 vehicles and needing to park in the garages. The garage door openers wouldn’t work so we had to go through the house to open and close the garage doors each time which was inconvenient. One A/C went out but it was quickly fixed. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. The house could use was repairs where things have been damaged by wear and tear. Overall a nice home. Pool access is only through one of the bedrooms except going around outside but the gate had to be opened.

We loved staying at this home and how close it was to the beach. Definitely will be coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was extremely nice! However, there was not enough bath towels for all 12 occupants. We asked multiple times for towels. We had to use beach towels. I was even asked by property manager if I had checked the linen closet with a picture text sent to me of a linen closet. I had already informed her we had checked closet as well as the washer and dryer. There was some other cosmetic items wrong with the house but that is reasonable given the volume of people who rent the house. There was 4 families who paid the price to stay there and we all were upset in fact we were not provided with essential items we paid for with the rental.

My family enjoyed the trip so much we talked about booking it again. The house was clean and the description of the property was accurate. House manager was very helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was so close to the beach and everyone slept comfortably. Delicious restaurants are walking distance from the house.
