Stayed Jul 21, 2025We really enjoyed our time here. Just enough space for us to spread out and relax. The neighborhood is lovely and so close to any shopping or restaurants that we needed. The house was very clean and we loved that the check out process was so easy. Tyler was quick to answer the few questions we had which was so helpful. Reminder to everyone though --- go to the front door to get in as Google Maps directions take you to the garage which also has a key pad. I panicked at first when we could not get in with that key pad.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable with all necessities. Fully stocked kitchen, which was great for making our own meals. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Owner was very responsive We had no issues during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Stayed May 28, 2025We stayed here since we used to live right down the street and knew this was a great neighborhood. This was definitely a nice little townhouse in a very convienient area for all sorts of stores and restaurants. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed May 17, 2025We were visiting Colorado from Illinois to attend my grandson‘s graduation. This home was perfect for our needs. It is extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the back. Also, I really appreciate being able to bring our little dog.The host were extremely accommodating. I am looking forward to staying there again.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025I very much enjoyed my stay here. The pictures are pretty accurate. Had great natural light in the daytime. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of stocked foodstuffs and the overall cleanliness. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and I totally loved the upstairs shower with plenty of hot water. It really felt more like housesitting than a rental property. I was able to work remotely one day and the wifi was more than adequate. The check-in was super easy and stress free. It was very private and quiet. And Tyler was always responsive and responded quickly. It would really be great for a longer stay. Can't say enough about how much this surpassed my expectations.
