The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a coffee station with a French press, electric kettle, and coffee grinder, along with basic cooking spices for your convenience, flowing seamlessly into both a breakfast bar and a cozy dining space.



This home features 2 comfortable bedrooms and a dedicated office space with a twin size futon—ideal for remote work or additional sleeping. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi throughout the home, making it easy to stay connected. The bedrooms offer cozy bedding, and the bathrooms are clean, modern, and stocked with essentials.

The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, first aide kit in bathroom, smoke detectors throughout and a carbon monoxide detector in the living room. Do not leave pets and children in backyard unsupervised. In Tucson, Arizona we share the land with wild birds, snakes, insects, coyotes and other wild animals. Although not likely due to the area of the home and block wall surrounding it, there is still a possibility for a wild animal to enter the backyard. Always keep children and pets supervised.
