Westfield-Moderm Home only 1 Miles to Lackland

Firstly, the neighborhood is quiet but suspicious. Unfortunately we had some inconveniences during our stay. The bathroom sink had a big leak and the shower spills water upwards, making the bathroom wet,we definitely couldn't use it and it was uncomfortable for 5 people to get ready at the same time. The worst thing was the host, never answered our calls, text messages or emails. Also, the coffee maker doesn't work, there was one trash bag for 4 nights of stay and only one toilet paper per bathroom. The washing machine does not work, it makes a horrible noise that seems to be hitting something. I asked for the gate code, because one day when we returned it was wide open. We did not get a courtesy answer.The house has potential with some improvements. The host has to change his attitude, it is even rude not to answer the messages. 4 night stays

The house was cute but needs some work. Unfortunately for us the heater and the washing machine did not work. The host did respond quickly and was able to get a technician to the house. He was able to turn on the heater but needed parts for the washing machine. Although San Antonio is usually warmer I would have expected the host to know temperatures for our stay would be low into the 40’s and would have made sure the heater was on prior to our stay. The neighborhood was relatively quiet but definitely saw some activities we wouldn’t normally like to see. Even though we had some issues we did enjoy our time in San Antonio.

The host was responsive AT FIRST until they were harassing me about having 2 vehicles in a 2 vehicle driveway when they know why I was there to see my Air Force Airman. When I had to explain myself and then tell them that someone came by the house claiming they rented the house too I never heard from them again. Most of the doors in the house would not close all the way. The toilet paper lasted 1 day in one bathroom and we had to share the last roll the rest of the time. Usually a rental house has at least two per bathroom which would have been great. I was asked in the checkout list to put the dishes in the dishwasher but there’s no dishwasher and there was no soap to wash the dishes. There was only two garbage bags for the three day stay we were there. The house was super cute and has potential but…..
