Westfield Home w/ Furnished Patio: 2 Mi to Park St

This house is well kept and a great alternative to reserving multiple hotel rooms for a stay in Westfield. It was also nice for our stay having a full kitchen in addition to our Thanksgiving host to spread out meal prep. A couple complaints that the owner should address to make stays more comfortable mostly revolve around the sleeping quarters. There are minimal pillows available in the house with one bedroom not having any regular pillows. All 3 beds are extremely hard. Adding a mattress pad to all 3 beds would be extremely beneficial to the quality of sleep for guests. A final suggestion would be to add a small wifi television in the bedrooms and ensure that all televisions have popular streaming apps loaded would be beneficial.Overall the house met our needs for a place to sleep in Westfield while visiting family for Thanksgiving and the location is very convenient to Grand Park for traveling sports families.

Stayed here while going to the motocross races nearby, the location was great with a store within walking distance and lots of restaurants close by.

House smelled musty and the doors and baseboards were dirty. Clearly there used to be a litterbox in the laundry room at some point. Linens, furniture, and bathrooms were clean though which is what counts. The coffee maker sucked. Somehow always overfilled the mug even if you didn't put that much water in or just didn't work. Neighbors have a very vocal dog. Overall, not my best stay but for sure not my worst.

Clean living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms. It worked for our short stay. However, we found dirty pot and pans in the cabinets.Some details appeared to be thrown together such as a toilet seat mismatch, model display stickers still on front of refrigerator, not a lot of artwork to make the stay feel more homey.The shower configuration is confusing.We also noticed the dishwasher is very loud.The location is wonderful as next to a trail, as well as how close in proximity Meijers is.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean and conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. We tried to use the contact information given to request early check in, but did not get a response from our phone call or email. There were a couple of minor issues with the home. A towel rack fell down in the main bedroom bath and the tub drain was clogged so there was standing water that drained slowly while we showered. These were minor inconveniences that did not impact our stay.

This house was as advertised. It was simple and modern. Everything was clean. Appliances were new. We were there for a tournament and it was very close to Pacers. The neighborhood is part of the walking/biking/running path and easily connects to the park and restaurants. You can even take it to the sports complexes if you want to walk that far. I like hot showers and the water was only warm. We called the contact number and the owner came over and turned up the heat quickly. He was very polite and responsive. I would stay again.

The area was nice and convenient to the location of where our teens were playing in a basketball tournament. The house was nice. Those are the positives. Unfortunately we never received a code to enter the property. We contacted the host and did not receive a reply. After waiting a while for a reply we contacted Evolve by phone and were able to get the code. The house had mice. Mice droppings on the countertops in the kitchen. Mice had chewed the paper towels underneath the kitchen sink. They also chewed a sealed packet of Parmesan cheese on the counter. We contacted the host regarding this and did not get a reply.

House was very comfortable & close to shopping restaurants & Grand Sports Park. Raven the manager was very helpful.

Great clean place within 10 minutes of fields. Made our weekend perfect.
