Location, location, location! Walking distance to everything you could need; grocery, restaurants, gas, entertainment. Fantastic fenced yard for kids and pets. Recently updated.

The host was very gracious and helpful. The check in and out process was easy. The home was super close to the ballpark and it was convenient to come and go from the home. There was plenty of bedding and towels. Our only wish would be more glassware (glasses and coffee mugs) as there were only 4 mugs and no drinking glasses.

Awesome location. We were there for a baseball tournament and you could not ask for a better location! 5 minutes from the field and walking distance to everything else. Cara was amazing to work with, house was perfect. This will be our go to spot for tournaments going forward!

We stayed for 5 nights for a weekend tournament at Grand Park and you cannot beat the location. Just a few minutes from the complex and the house itself is wonderful Extremely clean and ready for you to just unpack and relax a bit before a tournament. The house is very close to Meijer, Aldi, and some fast food. We also checked out Birdies which you can enjoy some good food and a round of mini golf.We'll definitely stay here again when we are back for another round of games.Thank you!

Fantastic property that had every amenity needed. Location to everything and ease of navigating made this a wonderful respite in a busy week. Cara was absolutely fantastic as a couple small hiccups that were immediately corrected upon arrival.

We decided to find a more comfortable place to stay for my sons long weekend baseball tournament instead of staying in a hotels for 4 nights with two small kids, an 11 yr old and 2 adults. The house was exactly as described in the listing and was conveniently located by the baseball complex, restaurants and other local things to do. Cara was prompt in responding to questions and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay again! Thanks!

This is a fantastic place to stay especially if you are attending sports activities at Grand Park. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. The house was immaculate and very nicely furnished. Not like a rental but as if someone actually lives there. The yard is fenced and a great size if furbabies are travelling with you. The property owner was very responsive and friendly. If you want a nice family place to stay which is convenient to eating places and groceries as well as the interstate, this is it!!

We had a wonderful stay! Host Cara was great to communicate with and provides a lot of information about the property and the surrounding area both in a pamphlet at the property and in advance of your stay online. The home was very clean and just as advertised. The ability to park in the garage is unusual and very appreciated! It was a warm fall day when we arrived and we woke up to snow the next morning!! The location is very convenient. We were traveling to visit family, so we will be back!! Thanks for a great stay Cara!!

The home was well equipped and clean. Close to Grand Park 6 minute drive. House would have enough space for two families to share the cost.
