Westfield Gem! 7 Mins to Grand Park + Movie Room!

This property was perfect for our tournament trip. So close to everything and very clean and comfortable.

The host had everything in the home well labeled and the house instructions were very detailed so our stay was amazing!! No issues or complaints!

The home is well stocked - lots of kitchen items, children’s games, basic necessities! It had everything we needed for family with 2 small children. Host was responsive and proactive with communicating

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s but I found this host to be the most amazing, professional, attentive, and incredible. The house is great, plenty of room…but they have thought of EVERYTHING you might ever need to stay here. Pizza cutter, vegetable peeler, blender, oversized washer/dryer….it was the little things that set this place apart. (Things like the dog paw wash towel….we didn’t bring our dog but if we had, they had everything :)

Location, House was very clean and beautiful decorating. The movie theatre room was awesome!

The house was great as far as amenities and being kid-friendly. The neighborhood has 2 playgrounds nearby, which we visited. I would recommend this to anyone traveling no matter your age as it is in a nice location for shopping and restaurants.

We stayed to attend a wedding and the location was 15 minutes from the venue. We loved the house.

We had 3 families stay here as we were in town for a baseball tournament. This property is INCREDIBLY close to Grand Park and so convenient.The house was very clean, exactly as described in the listing and well appointed with everything you’d need for your stay. Great place to stay for a night in the city. Plenty of space.

This home provided ample space for our family as we prepared for the marriage of our daughter. It was close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The owner provided some special touches and amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The walking trails throughout the neighborhood were peaceful and picturesque!

The location is extremely convenient with lots of restaurants and local entertainment. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The host communicated very well and made sure that everything was to expectation. We will definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Location convenient to everything Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, etc. Plenty of space and parking for all. House has everything needed. EXCEPTIONAL communication from property owner regarding check in/check out, additional questions or needs, etc. Would definitely recommend and happily stay here again.

We stayed at this property for a basketball tournament at the Pacers Athletic Center (PAC). It is only 6 minutes from the PAC. The property is extremely clean and very well furnished. Has everything you want for a basketball tournament. The beds were extremely comfortable. Two and a half bathrooms were nice group. The owner was great about communication and did everything possible to make our stay excellent. Would highly recommend this property!

The accommodations were great, easy check in and out, nice area. Comfortable beds and very clean. The only thing I would suggest, more comfortable chairs in the living room area.

The home was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to all of our activities. There was a slight mix up with checking in. The cleaning crew hurried to clean and the dowstairs had missed areas. It all worked out and we were comfortable.

“Well appointed” is an understatement! Perfect for family’s with gate, toys, high chair, bed side rails, pack n play, clean and fenced back yard. Plenty of towels, dry goods, kitchen supplies. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Beds very comfortable, nice linens. Felt like we were staying at high end hotel with the comfort of home setting. We were in the area for a family wedding; grocery less than 5 min away. Super convenient and great family neighborhood, quiet, walking paths, safe. We just loved this VBRO and strongly recommend to anyone visiting Indy area, especially families. Host communication outstanding, and in home plenty of informational signs, never at a loss how to operate something. Thank you!

We had a tremendous stay with Kim for our trip to Gencon 2024. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about the rental. Everything was sparkling clean and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was beautiful. I wish it was a little bit closer to downtown but you can't have everything. If we return to Gencon or Indianapolis, we will definitely look to stay with Kim again if at all possible.
