Stayed Mar 8, 2026The property itself was clean. It worked well for sleeping when our children came with our grandchildren. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking the dog.Goodnight Stay did not deliver services that were paid for. Heated Pool is in their description. The pool does have heat but it does not work unless they turn it on manually - we contacted them and waited for service 4 timesWe arrived on March 8 - There was no welcome pack-- Pool skimmer was broken. Was required to send pictures as proof. 2 days later, we had purchased all items plus a new pool skimmer--pool thermometer was broken. Purchased a thermometer-- pool was 68 degrees. We were told that it would take time to heat -and had to sign a waiver. We paid 150 per day to heat the pool - 3,300 overall. March 16 the pool maint came. We asked about heater. He left- no response but we get message stating that if we wanted pool heat we had to request it five days in advance and pay 150/day which we had already done and paid 3300. After sending pool tech for confirmation pool wasn't being heated, we received a 1200 credit for 8 days. Pool heater ran that day - stopped . Called back and requested service - 3 days later they sent a rep with pool tech on the phone. Breaker blown - heat turned on. Stopped againContacted them again and sent pics as proof of no heat. Used grill - grill brush melted and burnt - bought new one. Submitted form for refund 3/29. Said response in 3-5 days. NOTHING YET!

Stayed Feb 17, 2026The location was great! We were able to walk to the fountain and main street. Also enjoyed the roominess of the living room & yard area where we could use the putting green & play a game of bean bag toss. Being February, the pool even heated, was too cold for our guests but they did enjoy sunning themselves near the pool on the lounge chairs.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a fun and relaxing vacation. The spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom layout provided ample room for our family of six, and we instantly felt at home. The house is thoughtfully equipped with amenities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the outdoor area. The large, fenced-in backyard was a paradise for our children. They spent hours playing in the pool, which was kept sparkling clean. The covered patio provided a perfect spot for family meals and shaded relaxation, and the barbecue grill allowed us to enjoy delicious outdoor dinners. Inside, the house was clean, well-furnished, and tastefully decorated. The open concept living and dining area allowed for easy family bonding, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. The house provided board games and a large TV, which provided entertainment for our evenings in. The location of this rental is also ideal for families. Fountain Hills is a charming town with plenty of family-friendly activities. The nearby Fountain Park, with its iconic fountain, was a hit with our kids, and we enjoyed the scenic hiking trails in the area. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops were conveniently close by, making it easy to stock up on essentials and dine out when we wanted to. Our family had an unforgettable vacation at this home. Stayed Dec 31, 1969This amazing Arizona respite exceeded our expectations. The home was so beautifully appointed and even more comfortable. The beds, the sheets, it had everything we would ever need and more. The location was incredible close to the town and not too far from Scotsdale. We absolutely loved it and the host was so absolutely accommodating. We already booked for the fall and cannot wait to come back! Thank you and this spot was highly recommended!

Stayed May 26, 2023I live in the Phx metro area and lived in Fountain Hills previously. It was great to get back there and the home was great. Provided a good, relaxing weekend, and we loved the layout of the home. It's late May so pool still a little chilly. But we dealt with it vs paying to have it heated. A great time all in all!
