Stayed Apr 18, 2025The place is as advertised. The owner was responsive and helpful. Lots of amenities if you left anything behind. Walkable to Syracuse U.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We had a great time staying here! It was an added bonus to be able to bring our pup with us and take advantage of the fully fenced yard. We were a bit disappointed to discover the gas fireplace that was in the picture of the backyard wasn’t there. I also would’ve appreciated having communication and all information the day before instead of having to ask for it. I also feel like a handbook of sorts to introduce the property, have information for the property like the WiFi infor, plus some information on things in the neighborhood to take advantage of (I.e., restaurants , breakfast places, coffee shops, iconic Syracuse places, art/culture to observe, etc.) would’ve been nice. The driveway was a rough one but on street parking was no issue. Overall we really liked the house and it was super convenient to Le Moyne College.
