Our first issues started with the door code. We left and came back at night and the code no longer worked. We had to call several times and finally got a working code after almost 40 minutes. The furniture in the property is poor quality. From the chairs, to the beds, and even a completely broken sofa in the master bedroom. The listing says availability for up to 15 people, however I don't know where they would sleep or how they would towel off as there were not enough towels for everyone. We ordered food in one night and there were not enough plates and cups for everyone to use. The kitchen had very few instruments and the pots and pans were rather scratched and disgusting. Basic things like hand towels and pot holders were not available. The outside space was nice, except you could not sit out there very long as it appeared the trash not been taken out in several weeks. When we arrived there were three trash cans all full of garbage and it reeked. The bathroom in the master has a window and it's covered by conventional blinds. It won't be long before there is mold everywhere in the blinds and in the walls as the tub has cracks in all the caulk around the tub. The laundry machine is one of the small dual units. We were able to wash clothes without issue, but we found out the dryer would pop open on its own during a regular cycle.The internet/tv use was terrible. It's on a hotel wifi system and you need to log back in every hour to continue use.

House was very nice inside. Beds where comfortable. Location was good. Easy access to highways. Plenty of places to get food at.

Stayed for a business trip, good location for the convention center easy to get a ride anywhere you’re wanting to go. Hosts were great, left an iPad accidentally and they quickly helped me get it mailed back, very professional crew running this property.

This past weekend, my friends and I stayed at this house. Our stay was unsafe and distracted from the condition of the rental property. I have reached out to the operator twice and they are uncooperative in making the concerns right on our end. The property was in a state of disrepair that significantly detracted from our experience and did not meet the standards advertised on the Vrbo listing. Safety Hazards: *Collapsing ceiling in the windowless bedroom. *Faulty door handle in the downstairs master bedroom, causing people to get trapped. *Exposed pipe due to a shower faucet protruding from the wall. *Warped floors in the kitchen and downstairs hallways. *Falling artwork in the hallway due to improper hanging. *Collapsing ceiling above the fridge. *Non-functioning and flooded dishwasher with an unpleasant odor. *Door not closing in the downstairs bedroom on the right. Missing Amenities: *Basic kitchen supplies like a can opener and wine bottle opener were absent. *Insufficient number of trash bags for the size of the house. *Burnt-out lights in the kitchen island. Additional Problems: *Mismatched light bulbs and poorly done paint touch *Upstairs hallway ceiling had slapped plaster on the ceiling and exposed insulation. *Broken piece in the dining room blinds. *Difficulty opening the back bedroom closet door due to a dislodged track. We contacted the operator about the flooded dishwasher but there was a lack of empathy and offered no solution until after check out.

We were generally happy with our stay. The property was clean and spacious, while convenient to local destinations. However, the following deficiencies could have made our stay more enjoyable: Missing towel hooks in bathrooms Windows were drafty and noisy Shower diverters need repair Ceiling damage in kitchen and hallway are unsighlty and need repair TV in one bedroom not working Some bedroom closet door tracks were off No toaster in kitchen Refrigerator water dispenser not working This is a review from and architect and a realtor, so please take it with a grain of salt! Layout of the rooms provided space and privacy for group of 6 during business trip. Good location with quick access to downtown, restaurants, and airport. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes, and utensils. Everything was as advertised. Fit our needs well!

I came with some co workers for a conference and the house was located in a good area close to everything in Tampa. I would recommend staying here.

The accommodations were nice. However, the location was not that desirable. The house is located right next to a major roadway so the traffic noise was continuous 24 hours a day. The only thing that is negative would be the kitchen utensils are very limited. No toaster, baking sheets, and could use a larger frying pan. There was no dish towels included.

Stayed at this location with large group of adults. House was clean and looked like pictures. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to the Hard Rock, which was the reason for our trip. We enjoyed.
