West Side of Beautiful 3 Bdrm Gulf Front Duplex w/ Amazing Gulf Views

House was nice. Having to go pick up a packet after driving 10hrs was annoying. Just should email the code and have packet at the house. We had lots of problems with the AC. It was 78 degrees in the house the first night on our arrival well after dark. We were here 5 nights. We called 4 out of 5 afternoons due to house being 80-85 degrees AC guy came twice and couldn’t figure anything out. The realtor finally offered another house the next to last night but it was late and we’d been drinking so couldn’t move. The last day the AC never got below 80. There really were no solutions offered. (Maybe I’d have offered even window units??) The last day the realtor told us that it was probably just because our side of the house was on the west side. Even though we explained to her that the outside AC unit was making a god awful noise and the compressor was not coming on. We literally had to sit outside to cool off or leave to go somewhere else. Supposedly we will be getting a partial refund but we still have heard from the realtor who says they’re trying to get in touch with the owner?

Great beach access

The view was beautiful minus the oil rigs, but nothing can be done about that! We enjoyed the house. Some things could be updated/fixed to make for a more enjoyable stay. The water and ice don't work on the refrigerator and the refrigerator has rust all on one side. Also, the door going outside upstairs to the balcony sticks and the knob easily falls off. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. If we stay on Fort Morgan Rd again, we probably will try somewhere new.

It would be better to mention in the listing that it is half of the building

Loved the privacy, my wife thought the home needed the interior updated. The refrigerator could use a paint touch up. Entering the first floor the first thing you see is the refrigerator with all that rust! Not a great first impression.

The house was in a good location but the fridge was rusty. Also the utensils were dirty in drawers. The showers were really stained. And the biggest problem was the master shower started leaking down thru the ceiling on the lower level and had to stop using it.

We had a fantastic week in this house. Perfect location, right on the beach and secluded. Perfect place to relax and make memories with friends.
