Great location . Close to the river , old mill and downtown

Very good location for walking to all the downtown and Old Mill District. It was great that three couples could stay with the sleeping arrangements. It was quiet with a lovely front deck for reading.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home! It was perfect for our family with young adults. The location is fantastic — so walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, and very centrally located for exploring the area.The home itself is great! From the outside it looks like a cute little cottage, but don’t be fooled — it’s surprisingly spacious and comfortably fit 6 adults. It was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a great stay.

We really enjoyed this home.You can walk to amazing parks along the river.Also easy walks to nice lunch & dinner spots.Highly recommend.

The house was cute. But it could have been cleaner. There were spider webs everywhereWe did have a problem with the garbage donut it was fixed quickly Also , I love to cook but the k I es didn’t cut anything. The oven needs to be fixed also That right said the manager was excu

Excellent stay…within walking distance for coffee shops, restaurants, shops, concert venue! Great neighborhood to walk and bike!

The house had visible cobwebs and dust throughout and especially in the kitchen. The pots were all scratched and peeling nonstick so I went to Walmart and bought a cast iron just for this stay. The host ignored my request to check in early and was hard to reach in general. Parts of the house needed maintenance. They do not have enough hooks or towel bars that work to hang wet towels. The shower is weak which is a shame. The bedrooms do not offer good sleep hygiene and you can see holes where people have tried to pin blackout curtains. The bedrooms are east facing and so you will wake at first light. Also not having blackout shades or a way to block the light means the house heats up quickly. I almost wanted to write the owner a letter to warn them against their property management company. They aren’t doing a very good job at all.

We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place walking distance to everything in southwest Bend.

The property is exactly what we hoped for. The rooms are spacious and the living area is perfect for a small group. We loved the location, it’s walkable to Galveston area and to the river.

We had a very good stay at this house! The property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the internet was fast and reliable and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. The location was perfect, a walking distance from downtown. The host was very responsive.
