West Sedona, Walk to Sugarloaf Trls, Jacuzzi

The property and location are PERFECT. We (two friends) found the house to exceed our expectations. Large space, everything you could want/need for a getaway. Comfortable and well-appointed. Location is incredible. Easy drive to all the Sedona experiences but off the beaten track to appreciate the beauty and quiet. Used hot tub, yard, walked the neighborhood all wonderful. Would without question stay here again. Owners exceptional easy to work with and responsive. Had a TV issue and owner was immedate to address! Greatful we found this home!!!

We loved the views of the red rock formations on the street where house was located. It was easy to find and had many comforts including the hot tub. It was convenient to Sedona both walking and driving. Highly recommend it for any Sedona vacation.

Lovely home, even nicer than expected. We had three cars so one had to park on the street but that was no problem. We had everything we needed for a four night stay. Quiet location. We spent our days exploring the area and hiking. The large mattress in the bunk bed room could use replacing. Our only hassle was with VRBO’s web site.

My SedonaGold was a great home base for our girls' weekend! The location is close to everything and it's in a nice neighborhood. Tim and Julie were so organized with communication that it made it stay so easy! demeritfriendly

We had a great time staying here on our girls trip! We all (3 of us) loved having our own rooms and we all thought our beds were comfortable. The house was clean and stayed very cool inside even though it got above 100° during the day. Would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Sedona!

In the past 4 years my wife and our daughter's family have travelled on many vacations together and stayed in numerous VRBO properties. Our stay here was short, but I would love to return for a longer stay. The property is exceptional. Pictures are very accurate. The whole house had everything a traveler could want from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of towels and linens. The house was thoughtfully equipped with travel information about the area and games for the kids. Our grandsons (7 & 10) loved the bunk beds. The décor is tasteful and relaxing. And we enjoyed the added bonus of a hot tub at the end of a busy day touring. Location in West Sedona was perfect-only a few minutes from downtown where there is ample tourist shopping and restaurants and we were 2 hours from Grand Canyon. Even walking up the road from the house is spectacular because you are right at the base of a mountain. Also in the neighborhood were many fast casual restaurants (good for kids), healthy option restaurants and the legendary Coffee Pot restaurant for breakfast. I really loved the hosts. Their initial package of information about rules, restaurants and tourist attractions was very helpful and complete. I had several questions ahead of time and they responded promptly. And I had one last question the day before we came, and the host called me almost immediately so I would get the information I needed. I truly appreciate that kind of detail and commitment from an owner.

This house was the perfect place to stay. It was close to everything, it was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and very clean. It has been one of the best VRBO's that I have stayed at!

This was my first experience with VRBO. I am definitely hooked! This was a thoughtfully appointed home away from home. We checked out the kitchen before we went shopping at the Whole Foods that is conveniently nearby. All we needed to purchase was what we wanted to eat, because the kitchen already had coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, spices… everything we needed. Every room was the same. The laundry room had detergent, fabric softener, even stain remover. Bathrooms had LOTS of towels and washcloths, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and nicer toilet paper than I use at home. ?I even found yoga blocks and exercise mats in the hall closet! We never used the hot tub because we were so busy enjoying Sedona, but we loved morning coffee in the back yard. This place is a gem!
