West Palm Beach Pool Home- Paxton

The location of the house was perfect for us but the neighborhood the property is located in is not the best. The house specifically the kitchen was filthy even though I had reached out to the host prior with concerns about the cleanliness due to previous reviews and his response was “we hired a new cleaning services so that is no longer a concern for my property.” We left the house cleaner than how we found it. The host responded well days prior to our stay and while we were there. However, when I reached out about our concerns from our stay after our trip was over I never heard back. The front door barely stays closed and will only stay shut if you pull the door tight and lock it. Also if you are renting this property with thoughts about using the backyard space/ pool the outdoor space looks NOTHING like the photos. The furniture cushions were torn up and scattered across the backyard. Overall, you can tell this place has been used as a party house and has not been well maintained. Our stay was fine but I wouldn’t jump to recommend this place in the future. It makes sense why the cost to stay at this house was so low. You get what you pay for.

We loved how spacious the house was, it was a very comfortable place to stay with all the amenities that I could have asked for. The pool was clean, and very relaxing. I will definitely be using again!!

The host was delayed in providing us with the access information for the property

Terrible DO NOT STAY HERE. Not as pictures. House in bad condition, is not safe doors falling apart, no closet doors, dirty kitchen pots, dirty floors and bathrooms, dirty walls and living room sofas, house smells bad and on top of these the entrance porch the pillars (collums) are loose not firm or where they supposed to be. It is very disappointing because at 10pm I was looking for another place to stay and paid for another place, while waiting for the host or Vrbo to help me to resolve this. Host do not respond msgs or call already passed 6 days and no respond from host and also Vrbo trying to contact host. These is one of my worst experiences booking a vacation home and I do travel a lot and never have issues with the houses that I rented in the past.

A lot of things in the house were broken, very unsafe feeling due the neighborhood.... All doors were so unsafe! Air conditioner was not working in one of the room....Water was running so slow and long time to wait for hot water.

Overall the place was nice and clean. You can tell it is more of a party house since there was paint coming off the walls (mainly from tape) and a few broken items (curtains and a TV in one of the bedrooms). However, for the 8 of us in my family (ages11-65) it was large enough, and we felt comfortable. It was close to stores and attractions as well.

The home had what we needed. Clearly it is a party home and people disrespect the property. Only complaint is the property could be cleaner and we didn’t receive check in and check out info.

i never got to stay at this property due to a family emergency and i tried to text the host i have not gotten a text back and im concerned about receiving my money back .

House would be great with a little more care. 1. Flooring was filthy. If you walked from Master to kitchen your feet were black. This place needs a complete mopping. 2. Great pool but no out door furniture to sit on that was not damaged. All the sun lounge chairs are broken in pieces. 3. Coffee pot is only 4 cup but this is 4 bedroom house. Upgrade please to larger coffee pot.

Not enough paper products in kitchen

We were happy with everything. Met our expectations. Only thing was we thought there would of been more supplies like Toilet paper and paper towles. Not a big deal. The family really enjoyed the pool, the ping pong table and games. The open floor plan allowed us to visit easily. Host was very responsive. Thank you for everything
