Stayed Oct 4, 2024I recently stayed at this place for my mom's 60th birthday weekend Celebration which took place in Port St Lucie, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The house was not fully clean when we arrived – there were visible signs of neglect, including dust, grime, and mold in several areas. The furniture was outdated, and some of the pots and pans in the kitchen were in such poor condition that we couldn't even cook properly. It was clear that the place had not been maintained or properly cleaned in quite some time. There was a big puddle of water in the driveway. To make matters worse, the neighbor on the left was downright awful. They were rude, dishonest, and even made up false accusations against us. This led to unnecessary drama that completely ruined our stay. It's incredibly frustrating when you expect to have a peaceful, enjoyable stay, and instead, you're met with bad conditions and unfriendly neighbors. I would strongly advise the owner to invest in serious cleaning and maintenance before listing this property again. It’s clear that the home needs repairs, proper cleaning, and an overall update. Until these issues are addressed, I don’t believe anyone should consider renting this place for any stay. We definitely won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Very spacious house. Backyard space was perfect for sitting outside. Deb was very friendly and responsive. Could not have asked for a better host.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The house is well-maintained and looked after. Bedding, kitchen utensils, and other essentials were all provided. The sporting equipment was a great bonus – pickleball, foosball, and more – plenty to keep everyone entertained. It’s in a great, quiet location on an easy-to-access street, which made for a very relaxing stay.Would definitely recommend and happily stay at this property again.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025We stayed at West Palm Beach Lake House: Near Beaches! for a baseball tournament and the location was PERFECT. Centrally located near restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Had a minor issue during our stay and the Owner stayed in close contact with us to quickly resolve and followed up multiple times to make sure that we were satisfied. Great customer service!Thanks!

Stayed Mar 6, 2025Old friends gathered in West Palm Beach for Astros spring training and sightseeing. House is very comfortable, centrally located and convenient to ballpark, beach, restaurants. The back patio was perfect for hanging out. We look forward to coming back again.
