Stayed Aug 8, 2025The house was excellent! Perfect for our family gathering. House was in great condition, pool was perfect and we enjoy the entire trip. So close to everything and in a very quiet neighborhood. Shanna was great with everything before, during and after the trip!

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Rated 10. Great place. I would only suggest that when you get ready to replace furniture maybe get a sleeper sofa for people that can’t do stairs. Also a welcome book with restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. Thanks for sharing a great home

Stayed Oct 8, 2020Very nice house and well maintained - clean, comfortable and convenient. Plenty of room, pool was nice, easy check-in and garage was nice for parking. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again if down in that area of Knoxville. Bottle of wine was a very nice touch!

Stayed Sep 20, 2020Home was well stocked and convenient to shopping ect. Pool and landscaping are very nice as well as the patio. We would stay again if we are back in the area.

Stayed Aug 7, 2020Because of Covid, we had to alter my Bachelorette party to something less outgoing. This house couldn't have been more perfect for what we wanted!! It was plenty big enough to accommodate our group of girls and was easy to respect the quiet time rules! Host was reachable at all times we needed her! Everything was amazing!
